This is for the Elgin IL clinic. The PCPs are good if you can keep the same one for more than 6 months. As of today I still don’t know who my new PCP will be. The administration is incompetent at best. I got an order for a mammogram that the PCP never discussed with me. I was supposed to get a call from a PRM over a week ago. Still waiting. I made a complaint and was promised a call back. Again,I’m still waiting. In the meantime we get stupid calls about whether we ordered a medication. I am currently looking for a new PCP.

It's impossible to reach the actual clinic...you only talk to an answering service and can't get important issues taken care of for up to 24 hours

I have never been a patient for I will be dedicated to the people who took care of me before I became a senior citizen. It is not right to persuade people to come with consistent interruptive videos while looking at something else. I have experience that everything that sounds good is not necessarily so at all. We have a right to choose our own MD.

I was contacted to get my Dr to fax a new script for my medicine. Its been 3 days, I cant sleep without it. Everyday I call, agent said I will sent a urgent request. No didn't happen.i thought this place for older people would be different, no they are not

I hate calling for an appointment with my doctor or to ask her referrals. It is the worst setup I've ever seen and yes they are accentuating old medical records and they are frustrating me and they are difficult to work with and they are not following through on their work and I'm sitting here suffering because of this they need to be investigated for their process their patients should be able to get right through to the doctor's office not talk to five people and give them everything before you talk to the doctor's office.

Waited two hours to find out the NP, Jones, could not do what I needed. Time at facility was two hours. During that time I was weighed, measured, ask for next of kin info. Total of 5 minutes at most. Guessing my insurance company was billed for the bogus 90 visit!!!! Probably wouldn’t recommend.
