Clumsy Communication
At the Mishawaka, Indiana, clinic. I am generally satisfied with my experience. The nursing staff is terrific. I agree with other patients that communication is clumsy and can be slow. A patient portal would be greatly appreciated for quicker solutions. I am unhappy, though, that CVS is the parent company.
