I ordered a watch strap and then had to call because I gave the wrong address and the gentleman I talked with was very helpful and said they would change the address. I received a text saying the address had been changed and then received a follow up phone a call. I received good service and will look forward to receiving my watch strap. Thank You

I ordered a band and the store contacted me before sending the band to make sure the size was right. They ultimately advised me that the band I had ordered would not work for my watch and refunded the charge. Their honesty and professionalism is amazing.
