I decided to buy here just because the watch was $15 cheaper than Amazon, BIG MISTAKE, you get what you pay for. I'm from Guatemala sending the watch to some relatives of mine in CT. They emailed me asking for my address in Guatemala for whatever reason never explained, they respond email until the next day even if I responded within 10 minutes giving the information and then they cancelled the orded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer claimed the watch band does not fit /match the watch, meaning it cannot be installed. He also said that the sizing tool (to remove the links) broke and the watch bands was damaged as well, while sizing the bracelet. We provided return instructions and simply asked him.. Why would you size a watch band that you claims is wrong size and cannot be installed?? Makes no sense. Never get a reply.

Ordered an item. They processed the payment then waited 6 days with no attempt at shipping the item then canceled the order.....

Hello, If your order was canceled, we assure you there was a valid reason for it. however since we don't have an order number from you and (James Smith) seems to be a generic name and did not bring up a valid recent order, I guess we will never know. If this is a legitimate review, we apologize for the bad shopping experience you had with us.

Ordered a watch paid for it. Then the payment disappeared and watch never shipped. Still shown on their site even though they don’t have it. So don’t count on getting what you ordered.

I recommend buying your watch band from somewhere else. If the product doesn’t fit the watch you buy yes you can return it, but YOU have to pay for the shipping to return the unused product. PLUS there is no refund on your shipping cost that you paid to get the product. So in the end I paid $38.93 for shipping for a product that I cannot use and won’t get back. Horrendous.

Their website did not disclose the shipping costs. I ordered a $20 watch band with a $5 installation tool. The page with the watch band said "Enjoy Free Shipping" above the ADD TO CART button. The checkout page never disclosed the shipping cost. Only after receiving the verification email did I learn they added $12.95 for shipping. I have called their number (just an answering machine) & emailed them to cancel the order. I finally spoke with them on the phone. The guy insisted the shipping charge is disclosed on their website, but I emailed them screenshots showing it is not disclosed. I told him, "Don't argue with me. Fix your web site. Just look at the screen shots in your email." I am running Firefox 139.0.1 It is possible the shipping charges would appear on another browser. Anyhow the order is canceled.

Had a bad experience with NY watch store. Ordered a Casio on April 26th, never heard back from them, followed up after nearly a month on May 17th and they replied me back on May 19th saying that model is not currently available and if I wanted a refund. What a joke. Never again shopping with them.
