original band ordered did not fit but customer service was outstanding! Was able to talk to a rep and find a replacement. Very helpful!!

The watch arrived it's beautiful however there was no protective stickers on it except for one that was halfway removed from the clear case back you can tell this was most likely a return. The bracelet appears to have been adjusted already.. but it's still pretty, heavy and just good looking and I was happy with the quality, this is my fourth Seiko dive watch and I never had a problem with any other ones.. but then I tried to set it and then I can't screw the crown back in because the threads are stripped it's just spins when I'm trying to screw down the crown and just really made me unhappy. Oh well.

I bought a chronograph from this company about 5 years ago . Still works great and is a nice watch . Prices are the best I found .highly recommended.5 stars A+

I purchased a jubilee watch band to replace my 1996 era Seiko watch band and I am totally pleased with the quality and the speedy service. The band is slightly different than my original Seiko band in that the original band tapered slightly from the mid-point of the band from the watch to the clasp and this one has no taper. But the quality and appearance of the band and the clasp is first class and I am 100% satisfied. I encourage also to purchase the tool kit for fitting this band...it's a small price to pay to make fitting your new band a lot easier. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!
