I made an error in the order, which was noticed by an alert employee, who contacted me. It was then straightened out and problem prevented. The order itself arrived fast and it was a great deal. Lesson: if buying anything watch-related, it's best to deal with a watch store, and I highly recommened this one.

I was frustrated when I placed an order on a Sunday, and found out on a Monday the status of my order changed from in stock to no stock. Customer service explained what happened, and then notified me when a new shipment of watches came in. I received my second ordered watch as advertised and tried out the features of the watch which all worked well. I did not understand why the bezel sticks out, but sits flush to the case in their photos, and asked if I needed to send it back. I got a phone call explaining I have a screw down bezel on my watch, something I've never had before, and explained to me how it works. The representatives have been very helpful, even with frustrated customers like me. I appreciate the service they have given me. As well as very compeditively priced watch that I could have paid up to $100 or more from others that advertised the same model and brand.
