Clear and straight to the point.

Got a call from nywatch store stating that the watch I wanted a week ago was in stock and ready if I still wanted it..(I ordered before hand not knowing it was out of stock)... I find that reaching out above and beyond, says alot about customer service which is very very rare these day.. So yeah.. I have mad respect for Nywatch store.. Definitely will be buying from them again..

I ordered a watch & they were the best price I could find and shipped the same day!! Also, I made a mistake on the shipping/billing address, they immediately notified me, cancelled the charge, had me verify the information for a secure purchase and while on the phone reinstated the order and sent me a tracking number....cant get much better than that.

Handled an issue I created. Very helpful. Now my order can proceed.

Spoke with James about an Amazon order which was not delivered and ultimately cancelled. Hoped I could purchase directly from NY Watch Store. Although info from Amazon was thin, he researched it as far as possible, and did accommodate my desire to order from the store. He was professional, thorough and very clear about my options. Attentive and courteous business. I ordered a metal watch bracelet replacement, but made a mistake in my order. I was contacted by email asking me to give them a call, which I did. They were courteous and kind, and helped me through. I received the product shortly after. Not only they informed me about my mistake and helped me, but they also were very quick in dispatching. The product itself is great. I highly recommend them.
