As with the others, simply the worst customer service. How does one even get through the robot? So, I have to pay for delivery to an old address to be able to change to my new delivery address or cancel?!? That’s what the robot says. Gotta try to put blinders on when reading to see through the extreme liberal bias.

4 times over the course of an hour and a half on the chat service trying to resolve a subscription issue i was "transferred" to a so-called Customer Care Advocate to help resolve the issue. But NO ONE WAS THERE! I don't understand the point of claiming to offer a help service that does not exist.

Your site suggests one can get access to recipes by creating an account, but then asks for a subscription. Additionally, the cooking newsletter recipes are not accessible either without a subscription, so what's the point. Don't worry - there are thousands of reputable cooking websites and app I can use. Dont expect to find customers with such business practices.

This company is nonsense. The internet service for a regular subscription is pathetic. The seach engine for archived articles took me 45 minutes to find an article I had just read. Kludge is not sufficient. Enshitification is much more precise. Even though we are second year paid subscribers a "enroll in a subscription" box would jump on the screen and NOT GO AWAY. BEWARE of this crappy programming. The news, and articles are 50 % biased - but that leaves 50% closer to accurate and decent. The writing displayed is always top drawer. The research is often skewed. Whoever owns this doesn't care about accurate truth - nor, apparently, the smoothness of the digital side. Simply, absolutely abysmal.

This is the most respected newspaper in the world. Respected by journalists, who knows stuff. As far the US is concerned it is the best newspaper available. Offers a plethora of articles on a multitude of subjects..As far as English language newsapers, on par with The Guardian, probabky more relevant articles for US residents.
