Decent priced subscription for what used to be a decent journal. However, its swing to the left under my fellow countryman, Mark Thompson, has been marked and swift. Its anti-Trump agenda is embarrassing and does no service to its previous good name (I am no Trump apologist; like many I find him repulsive.) Staff walking out over editorials and columnists’ opinions sums up its descent into anti-free speech. The final straw for me has been the constant sniping at my country (UK) with plenty of articles that have been laughingly inaccurate: its readers will believe this tripe. Thompson seems to be on the warpath against his country, maybe revenge for the disrespect he earned from trying to destroy the BBC.

it is very very easy to link up the paypal and subscribe. But it is hell to unsubscribe. You cant just un-link it, you have to call their customer hotline which is long long waiting time... Online chat is not any better, you just have to wait wait.... OMG.... NEVER AGAIN Subscribe to this. just an update after hours of waiting … there was no customer service at all....I waited and waited and there was no one attending to me. so i went to paypal to cancel from there. whole morning wasted on this. If you want to avoid this trouble, STAY CLEAR of NYTIMES subscription.....

I was reading a comic section on my Android, on the 3rd one it said I need to sign in or create a free account to continue. I know NY Times has subscriptions, but since I was only interested in the comic section and it didn't explicitly mention that without paying anything is no go, I signed in with my Google account. I am now signed in, the article is now unscrollable and is dimming in the bottom. No message about what is happening and why I can't, as promised, continue reading after giving you my info. For people who earn by writing you don't communicate yourself well.

You should never make any subscription with New York Times, if you don't want to pay for ever!! Super easy to start your subscription. But impossible to stop it again, or to find anyone who wants to talk to you, to answer your mail, to help you. They just send you from one corner to other corner until you give up, or close for your credit card. I don't understand how NYT allow such a sick department destroy their reputations.

Fake News. You cannot believe a word these people say. They censor the right, while validating anything and everything the left has to say. This rag of a newspaper even denied that the Holocaust transpired (don’t take my word for it, do your own research). They are anti-Semitic, and anti-1st Amendment, and overly anti-American. Do not waste your money. I thought the days of yellow journalism were forgone, but they are as lively as they’ve ever been.

The NYT should be located in the fictional section! Constant lies and bias!
