They bill randomly. They hide behind their many different phone numbers to talk to a live person. When you do finally get someone they are very nice, but VERY cryptic. DO NOT BUY A DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION!! AND IF YOU DO AND WANT TO CANCEL, IF YOU DO NOT CALL THEM THEY WILL HOLD THE MONEY FOR YEARS!!! Just because you cancel, DOES NOT mean you will get a refund. You get a "credit" on the account. You do not get a REFUND until the end of the subscription takes place!! CALL THEM TO CANCEL!!!!

Nowadays it is difficult to find good journalism. It is a pleasure to read well-written and researched news and long research articles that delve into difficult issues and that normally annoy governments or communities. The truth often hurts and uncomfortable. As a reader, I want to know the truth, only that and at a reasonable price for readers located abroad. If you can pay for a subscription, at Christmas time they have multiple offers, do not hesitate, it will be worth every penny!

Premier competitor trading scoops with the other superb national & international news source, the Washington Post. The Wall St Journal belongs in the second tier, estimable source as well.

It was so sad to see that journalists are able to publish without researching on the subject matter or without any understanding of the situation. One article related to the Citizenship Act which was enacted into the law in December, 2019 was published in this newspaper and caused chaos across the Indian community and fed misinformation to people. People trusted this paper and so even they did t question or bother to read up on the existence of this act. People just started protesting in America and in India. The CAA allows the minorities who are getting persecuted in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan are given a place of shelter in India but illegally. This act gives them a chance, a place to become a citizen of! Where did ‘anti Muslim’ notion come from. The Muslim countries that are persecuting Hindus, Christians and Buddhists !! The article should’ve been encouraging the notion and asking these Muslim nations to stop the atrocities on the minorities. Let’s be human! Let’s not sell the paper by creating headlines! So disappointed and saddened!

Tried to transfer paper to Houston address for 10 days. Got to Houston, no paper. Took three days to start. Now back in Dallas area; no paper. Called yesterday explained situation. Was promised replacement paper later in the day. Never came. This morning, called to report no paper. Suggested I wait until 9am. Still no paper. Called again. Gave name and address. Was asked if I was a subscriber (cost over $1K per year). Told paper still being delivered in Houston. Will take 3 days to restart at home address where I've had a subscription for years. Will give me 2 weeks credit. What I want is to not have to go out to find a paper this Sunday. Really terrible service.

The once great news giant is now just a lie spitting hoax. Is is really sad when you are overseas and people ask you "why does the NYT lie about your president?" This used to be a huge source of information for almost the entire world. However now they don't even check their own sources... is is really sad to see them devolve into is pathetic "News agency"
