Don’t ever buy this! Got it last fall, worked until it didn’t. Had to troubleshoot it SEVERAL times before it went back to working. Worked for another 3-4 months and broke again. The temperature sensor now reads 45F at all times even thought the water isn’t even close to that. Contacted customer care and they sent me a pathetic copy and paste email which was the same thing they did the first time. When it works it is great, but it never does.

Product worked for about a week. Customer service is an artificial intelligence bot. They don’t take phone calls, and emails and texts take about a week or more to respond with an actual person. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money refunded since they don’t respond to those requests. Do not order from this company. I see they respond to to negative reviews on this website but it’s impossible to get any issue resolved if something goes wrong with the chiller. Go with a company that provides a warranty. They don’t stand by their product quality

#14771 I just got the chiller out the box and it hasn’t gone below 64 degrees once and i left it on for 8 hours. i had to put 5 bags of ice and only got down to 60 degrees.

I’m sorry to say I purchased one recently and regret it! In their advertising they fail to mention that it takes 4 or more hours to cool the water! In my case 4 hours went by and the water temperature only got down to 62 degrees! It might take 8 hours to get the water down to the low 40’s which is optimal for cold plunges! That is false advertising. The other thing they don’t advertise is that the device evaporates the water as it is recirculating! My bathtub had 1/3 less water at the end of 4 hours! It was like a bird bath! A incredibly disappointing experience! I politely asked for my money back and their response was like crickets! I just wasted $550 dollars and will never use it again! BEWARE! 😡

(Order # 7544 to confirm I am a real buyer)The chiller never worked properly from the get go... we reached out to ask for help and we were provided with the longest email of troubleshooting I have ever seen for a product.. needed video of the process as you did it. The stress relief that is supposed to come with a chiller has been quickly diminished with the stress of getting this thing to work properly and now the stress of dealing with customer service. So others don't run into the same issue, if the chiller does not work past 24/48 hours and your water begins to not be cooled, return immediately and do not waste your time with the instructions they give you.. pretty sure it's so you delay further to get past the 30 days return policy.

initially worked fine. Still can not get the display to switch to F from C but I can deal with that. Now, after 4 months, I get H H reading on the screen and a constant beep beep. Tried shutting off, resetting temp etc but it still persists. Temp not going below 60. It had been constant at 45 prior to this. What is the HH reading and is there a factory reset? j

Product worked great… for 10 days. Now the temperature reads 20 degrees cooler than the actual water, so it won’t cool below 67. The worst part has been the unresponsive customer service. Super disappointed. *Update* for @Nuvio: order #11826. Have been in a slow back and forth with Customer Service for over a week, and no resolution has been reached.
