Please note that the sample was shipped in our standard packaging, which includes the sample product, a letter, and a pamphlet — all sealed in an envelope. However, as you mentioned, it appears the envelope had a slit when delivered by USPS, and unfortunately the product may have been lost in transit. We understand how frustrating this must be and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’d be happy to send you a replacement sample right away, Thank you again for your understanding.
