Beyond frustrating. Will make errors in processing insurance and blame you. Won’t try to correct issue so your stuck with charge and no medication. Just go through a real dr so you can actually get the care you need. I emailed the “support” email address 2 months ago and…shocking…I have received zero follow up. Don’t tell people to email and you’ll help if you’re not even going to respond. Complete scam.

I need to actually speak with someone at the company. Waiting 2-3 business days for someone to get back to you after you send a message in your online portal is a trash way to handle customers. This service sucks. Probably going to end up pregnant thanks to their products and services. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They charge a 15 dollar consultation fee then deliberately get your insurance info wrong so that you either pay them out of pocket or you forfeit the fee and they get your 15 dollars for zero service. SUCH CON ARTISTS

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I'd give them 0 star if I could. First of all, they changed my routinely taking birth control pills to another brand which is at cheaper prices for no reason. Secondly, I uploaded my ID and insurance card to make sure they'd reach out to my insurance company for reimbursement. The first time they dispatched my pills they charged me for $45 and I was surprised because my insurance company has been covering the cost for birth control pills for the past two years. So I contacted their customer service and they agreed to cancel that charge after a long and painful discussion with their technician. They also promised me that from then on they'll start charging on the insurance company. Until recently I found out that they've been charging me every 3 months for $45 and when I called them, they kept saying that it is my responsibility to contact my insurance company for reimbursement. They don't even care when the customer doesn't want to continue to use their services. Overall I don't think it's worth it to pay 15$ membership fee to Nurx. You can definitely get into less trouble if you choose somewhere else, especially that you need to take the pills regularly. It's more that frustrating when you get into trouble with getting them, given that their customer service responds slowly and non-proactively. It seems like Nurx has put a lot into promotions or advertisements other than satisfying their customers. I honestly don't know where all the reviews come from, but hopefully my review would help those who're still trying to make a decision.

I wanted to like this company and the process, but honestly.it would be easier to just go see a doctor in person. The process is not streamlined. Refills do not happen on time and neither do their 48 hour responses. Ugh, oh well. Lesson learned.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY. This company is FRAUD. They will try to take your money without authorization. I paid $35 for the monthly, I then get a notification they tried charging $125 9 days later WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. The site is very untrustworthy, it forces you to leave a credit card on file (which I never trust because of this matter). Luckily I used a credit card and my bank is great with fraud / refund transactions. Save yourself and do not trust this company. I should’ve read the reviews first before getting tied into this mess with them. After reading these reviews it is evident this company is FRAUD BASED.
