A scam! I needed acne meds, I wanted a consultation. They told me average cost is 30 bucks a month. They prescribed and shipped two medications that I did not want that cost me 150 bucks. They don’t provide you with price breakdowns or time to deny a medication before shipping. I’m sick to my stomach, I cannot afford this and it could have been avoided if they had a better system in place where you confirm or deny that you want a medication and the PRICES before they ship it.

Honestly worst company ever. First they prescribed me a birth control that made me completely go crazy (not their fault since they couldn’t know how my body is reacting to it, but still) then I wanted to change it to the pill that I used to take first they said it’s ok they’re sending it out then they said actually they don’t have it but they can send me one with the same ingredients I said ok. I moved even before that, changed my address in the system before I even started the conversation about me wanting to change the pill and they still sent it to my old address. When I contacted them about it they said they are not going to cover it if it was sent to the wrong address. Well who will cover it then? Because I changed it in the system, it’s not my fault that they are not refreshing their system. All in all I would not recommend Nurx! I switched to the pill club and I am super happy plus it’s cheaper. So don’t waste your time or money ladies

The purchase was okay, I found the application modern and I will recommend it to friends, but the delivery was 14 days late, I ran out of pills these days, for me it was a serious mistake, acceptable delay cannot exceed 5 days.

Quick to start, good communication throughout the process, received prescription fairly quickly. Great experience overall!

I used this back when I was in college and it worked great especially as someone without insurance. Their birth control prices range from $15-20 per month without insurance which is awesome. Now they've launched so many other service lines. I love that they offer emergency contraception.

After years of suffering from debilitating headaches and being told by primary care physicians that these were caused by sinus infections or allergies and never providing relief, I found Nurx. Nurx specialized care providers knew the right questions to ask me. They were attentive and extremely knowledgeable. It was they who told me I suffered from migraines (this was while getting a prescription for birth control). As a result I started using Nurx' treatment for migraines, and I haven't felt this pain free in years. The medication works just right, and I've never had any issues with shipment. Dealing with my insurance is a whole other topic, but I understand it isn't Nurx' fault. I'm just glad I got relief. Thank you, team Nurx!!
