Nurx is the best service I’ve ever used! Everything was so simple and easy to understand, the staff is so incredibly helpful, and they took the anxiety of the whole process. I’ll be using Nurx for as long I use birth control, and I couldn’t recommend them more.

My experience seeking treatment for my rosacea has been pretty frustrating. I was notified of what I was prescribed, what it addressed and what the side effects were. I immediately responded, because the medication targeted an issue that I don't really struggle with (bumps and pimples) and had the potential to worsen the issue that I was primarily concerned about (redness). I searched for a way to cancel or pause my order before it shipped so that I could discuss my concerns before paying for anything, but was unsuccessful. By the time I finally heard back from the doctor (the next evening), I had already been charged and the medication had already shipped. In the response from the doctor, I was told there was no medical treatment for my primary concern, that I'd need to address it with lifestyle changes or with laser treatments. I've since received the medication and it hasn't made much difference (though I know not much time has passed). If I'd have been given all of the information before being charged, I would not have gotten the medication. I don't understand why there's no opportunity to either approve or decline a prescription before it's shipped. I realize this isn't the same as going into a doctor's office, but I've always had those conversations with my doctor PRIOR to a prescription being written, so that we could address my concerns.

I got my medication right on time and with very clear instructions, so far no issues, thank you for taking care of my needs.

Took a long time to get the prescription; about a month elapsed between me deciding I wanted to do this and actually receiving the prescription. I've basically changed my mind in the meantime. The test kit took over a week to show up and was pretty horrifying, imo. I basically refuse to go through this again in three months or whatever, so I'm just going to sit on this prescription until life takes a weird turn again, possibly never. If I had to do it all over again, I'd just go see a doctor.

From start to finish, this has been the best telehealth experience. They took time to take history and look into issues I would make light of. Thankfully they’ve helped me, and I’m more than grateful for them. It’s been 5 days and my skin is feeling so much better. Definitely consider them, it’s more than worth it.
