Almost 2 months ago I completed the initial medical questionnaire and paid $40 for a so-called office visit. I need a simple and common topical Dermatological solution for boils & Acne that I’ve been using for 20 years. I followed up two or three times over the next 30 days and it still showed in process. Nearly a month later they contacted me and asked me for pictures, which I provided originally but I sent them again just to humor them. Then they came back and wanted different pictures. In what world do you think your customers are willing to wait 60 days or more for a prescription and they could get in 15 minutes at a local Dermatological office. I also noticed that their Website alleges a five star review rating but there’s nowhere I found for new customers to leave reviews. Yet on trust pilot their ratings are in the tank where they belong.

This company only cares about profit, they do not care about their customer's health! I shipped them an STD kit on July 6th which was a week and a half ago (today is July 18th), and on the app the status says that it has not been received. I thought this was strange so I left them messages and did not hear back, so I called them and was put on hold for 45 mins. When I finally got in touch with a customer service rep he said that I would get a response within 24 hours. I finally got a message from them and they said that the kit had been received by their lab partner on July 15th. Why would it take 8 business days for them to receive the kit? Standard packages do not take more than 5 days to get delivered. They then told me it would take another 10 days for my results to be processed which means I would have to wait A MONTH since shipping the kit to receive my results. On their website it says results within days!! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.

Horrible, non-existent customer service. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but all I received was frustration and aggravation. Each request/communication takes several days to receive any type of response, and usually just a generic "a provider will contact you"..Over two weeks into my request and other than charging me I haven't received anything-other than excuses why nothing has been done..run away from this business!

I’m Jennifer, and I only have one question which is WHY? Some people actually trust you with their health and still you don’t do anything. My prescription is literally a ghost! I call no one answers I emailed no one answered I texted still nothing. Please I’m trying to understand but honestly I see no efforts being done.

I inquired online for acne medicine and submitted my insurance information. They immediately charged me for the copay but I never received a call or the prescription or the medicine. I called them numerous times and sent messages through their online portal but was never able to reach anybody.

Nope. No. Absolutely not. What a horrible experience. I first submitted my request for medication on June 22nd, 2022 and STILL have yet to receive any kind of prescription (July 11th). I actually ended up making an appointment with a local doctor because Nurx was taking far too long. Thank goodness I wasn’t requesting birth control, or any type of anxiety or depression medication. What a disaster of a company. If you have no other option on earth, go ahead and try out Nurx. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and frustration and just go to a local doctor.

This company texted me that they were going to send me a refill for an rx I had filled back in April (I don't remember asking for it, but maybe it was in the fine print somewhere). That's not the annoying part though - what really gets me is that I had no way to cancel my order. I messaged them back asking to cancel, but their automatic response was "someone will respond in 48 hours" (in reality, they responded 3 days later) and so no one read my message to cancel in a timely manner. They advertise 9am-9pm phone service, but when I called the phone never stopped ringing...I never managed to get through. I tried to find the pharmacy they use so I could call it directly, but a specific pharmacy name/address/phone number is strangely unavailable on their website. The kicker is that you cannot manually remove your credit card information or delete the order yourself - you're entirely dependent on their chat team to do this for you, which seems just unethical at this point as now some random website has my credit card info and I can't do anything about it. (I've messaged them to remove it, but the agent who responded to me ignored that part of my message...so I followed up, but I'm not confident they will read that message, either.) Luckily my credit card company allows me to dispute the $45 charge, but it's a hassle I would have preferred to do without.

I put in a order for the depo shot. A week later they prescribed me one that isn’t covered by insurance. They had all of my information I have spent 2 days trying to get them to call me back and they take forever to respond via the chat system I understand delays but it should have been done the right way under insurance the first time
