SCAM ALERT: Beware this company operates off recurring charges for anything you order and it never tells you or gives you a warning. They automatically sent out another medication and charged me and never gave me a notice until they ship it and refuse to refund.

I signed up for Nurx because I could not get into my gynecologist for 3 months due to living in anti abortion state. I ordered my prescription and it sent the first month through the mail. Then the second month my order kept getting delayed. I’d ask the status of the prescription and it would tell me that it’s being processed at the pharmacy then shipped to you in 3-4 days. The second month never came. I messaged them multiple times and look under requests and see that because my insurance doesn’t cover the medication they chose that they canceled my prescription without notifying me that insurance didn’t cover it and never gave me to the option to pay for the prescription out of pocket. Even though in the terms of agreement, I agreed to pay the full amount if insurance didn’t cover it. I ask in the messages once again what is the status of my order and if I can pay without insurance, no response. I tried to remove my insurance card from my settings to see if this could possibly help me get the prescription processed faster nope. I then ask Nurx to send the prescription to my local CVS because it’s been a month and clearly they are not sending it in the mail. They respond that they have sent my prescription into the CVS. I go to CVS a few times over the course of two weeks. Cvs states they never received my prescription, once again no notification from Nurx about what is going on with my prescription. Today, I asked for a new prescription that I could pay for out of pocket and get 3 months of a supply at a time. I receive an automatic message in response and under my orders request it says that birth control issues are resolved. I haven’t spoken to anyone about what the hell happened to my old order and if I can get a new order. Do not use this company.

you schedule a $35 dollar consultation. then they lock in your credit card and dont let you cancel account then they bill you $250 for stuff you dont need or didnt agree to automatically

I started an account with my info on the Nurx website but ultimately decided not to complete the order. When I returned to the site to remove my info & close the account there was no option to remove or close anything. I contacted their customer service for assistance & was told that they will not remove my info including the credit card I put on file. The audacity & absolute disrespect of this company is incredible.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. So you get a ton of contact at first but then get nothing for like a week. So I was under the impression that the process for getting birth control was similar to how you would get it from your doctor accept it is their doctor and it is through the mail where you discuss options and come up with a solution together. Previously I had been on both Junel and Orthotricyclin so I wanted to be back on one of those. So I filled out the survey and a doctor got back to me and told me I can take the depo shot or a no estrogen birth control. I would never feel comfortable doing an auto injector and as far as the other kind of birth control pill. I have a skin condition known as HS that causes persistent boils. Estrogen free would worsen this condition. A condition I noted in my chart. So the doc could read I was overweight but not that I had a skin condition? Also asked me no questions about my lifestyle. As it was noted that "A sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of blood clots" from said birth control. I have 2 jobs one of which is a volleyball coach. Had she asked she would have known this she just assumed that I dont move around. I am overweight because I was in an abusive relationship and I used food to cope. A relationshipip I have since broken free from. But none of that was known because none of that was asked. I was told what birth control to use without the sense of care to even fully examine my chart. This was beyond insulting for me. Oh an my BMI being too high for her liking was only 2 point above what is recommended. Is 2 points really that much of a deal breaker.

Really poor customer service. Would take days before getting a response. Seems to be overcharging consumers. EDIT: It’s funny.. I see you have a less than 24 hour response time for trustpilot reviews, but are fine letting your subscribing customers wait days without a response. Seems a little backwards, no?

Please save your time and money and go to a real doctor!"

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I have literally been on the verge of crying from the frustration of dealing with these people. Their customer service is non existent. They will charge you immediately and bs you the rest of the time. They can’t even handle a simple task of sending acne medication I can’t imagine if you need something more important like birth control or mental health meds. Please save your time and money and go to a real doctor!
