So creepy. Allowed my 16 yr old daughter to send chest and back pics with her ID without having to sign any parent consent form. Once submitted no confirmation or anything. I want my payment cancelled immediately.

Nurx will not quit charging my credit card and sending out RetinA cream. I have canceled my prescription a few times with confirmation but they just continue to send it and charge me. I’ve had to stop payment on my credit card. They don’t even have my correct address anymore and they are sending it out every 20 days when it’s a 90 day prescription. Extremely frustrated with this company.

I've been with Nurx for over a year. Never had issues before. I've been having trouble lately and wanted to switch my BCP to something else. It's been 7 days with no response. I had an appointment today with my Gyn and discussed it with her. She sent a new rx to my regular pharmacy. Now I find I cannot cancel Nurx without actually talking to someone which is impossible to do. I have sent a message in the app again and tried calling but gave up after being on hold for so long. They really need to step up their game or stop taking new patients if they can't keep up.

Worst birth control company I have ever used. Seriously could not recommend less. It took me about a month to receive a prescription for the patch, they kept telling me my insurance wasn't working, until eventually I went off and they magically fixed the problem and sent the birth control. 3 months later, I'm waiting for my next shipment to come in the mail, and I receive a message saying they can no longer provide me with my patch and that I'll either need to pay out of pocket or change my prescription, they never told me why. I told them I was willing to switch to the ring, then I got no response other than a "sorry for not responding, we will be in touch soon". It has been 10 days since they told me they couldn't fill my prescription, and I still have not heard back. I have been without birth control for a week now because of their negligence. I tried to call the customer support number right at 9am when they opened, and I sat on hold for an hour, never got in touch with anybody. This company is the biggest scam, and waste of time. They need to be shut down.

Charged me $15 for an initial consult and took almost a full week to respond. Customer service is unresponsive and now I have to be worried about being charged for a full prescription. Company is preying on people who don’t have health insurance.

If I could give a zero star would. I saw the company so I decided to give them a try but I wish I looked at the reviews first. I ordered my birth control from them and right of the bat $15 consultation fee was taken away but a consultation never happened. It’s been days, I have texted and no response. I want a full refund and my credit card info removed from that app. And I’m filling a dispute for the money that was charged. I want nothing to do with that company..

They take forever to respond. Try to charge me for another evaluation when all of my rx was written under one. They also have charged me full price on my credit card without running it thru my insurance. Literally they don’t respond to direct messages via email or the app. But somehow they can respond within 24 hrs to this. Still a joke. Mailed my rx to my old address and overcharged me several times. Avoid this company.

I don't know what happened. Nurx used to have responsive customer service, and now it is automatic messages with no actual human. As a result, I will probably have to go on my third week of "detoxing" from birth control- when I, in fact, just need a new prescription sent.
