Absolutely horrible, unprofessional excuse for a service. I have tried having my birth control prescribed through them for a year and have never experienced worse customer service and follow-through. I have never once had a refill of my medication actually reach my home, and I have had to go through my insurance to have them call it into the pharmacy. Not to mention, they take several days or even weeks to respond to inquiries. Stay far away!!!

Sign up to receive acne treatment. It them customer service 23 days to respond me. Money was taken out of my account within 1 day to take my money, and I have not received a refund. I was told that I don’t have enough information and have 3 different accounts. I have yet to hear anything back.

I’m so sorry I just saw these reviews. This company is a scam. Ordered medication weeks ago. The only thing they know how to do is take your money. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company and blocking further charges

Do not expect a response! Horrible customer service. Signed up a week ago and keep getting an automated response “we’ll get back to you soon”. Awful, save your money and find a company that actually has hired enough employees to do the job

This is the worst service I have ever experienced! I paid for the medical prescription and they return me with a pill that I've already taken before and that I don't want anymore, costing with a higher amount than I used to pay. I replied that I wanted a low cost pill and after a week without answering me anything they send the same message with the same pill that I don't want! (Are you kidding me?) When I try to talk to them I just get an automatic message! I have doubts if there is in fact any doctor! I just want the money I paid for the prescription back, because I don't want any of that bad service.

Never would I have thought it would take over a month to receive my prescription. I was charged $40 for a subscription renewal and I would have expected to pick up my prescription the following day, however that wasn’t the case. Called Nurx to deactivate my account because I’m just done waiting for my prescription. I even asked to receive a refund of the $40 they charged me and I’m still waiting. Decided to make an appointment to see my doctor and she was able to thankfully refill my prescription. Please don’t waste your time with Nurx, unless you really want to wait not knowing how long it may even take to receive any sort of medication.

These people give you the hardest time to get a simple birth control pills even if I have health insurance yes, seriously! Never again seriously!

They charged me $180 for prescriptions I did not approve and did not ask for. Additionally, BEFORE the order was processed I asked for it to be canceled. This message was ignored and they instead shipped it DAYS before it was scheduled to be shipped. Nurx is a complete scam website.
