After a first try for a birth control pills and a 6 month delivery I am still waiting for my refill....they are already 2 weeks late...no customers service ...just automatic responses...

I've been using this service for a while now. When I signed up, I was surprised at how easy it was to do business with this company and I recommended it to everyone. I opted for this service because at the time when I needed birth control a couple of years back, I did not have insurance and was appreciative that this option existed. They offer an automatic renewal prescription service that sends you three months' worth of birth control at a time. However, within the last year, their business response and my customer experience have severely plummeted tenfold. I have been trying relentlessly to get my birth control for the last month, and agents online push you on to another agent rather than resolving the issue, and trying to call in is impossible (I waited on hold for an hour before waiting to hang up). I went above and beyond because I choose to give companies my loyalty in response to what I thought was a good service, but after waiting an hour and going through this experience, I made the decision to call my primary and order birth control. Please avoid the hassle of signing up with with Nurx.

Do not give them your money. They will take it and not even provide the service. Try some other place but not here.

Absolutely horrible service. Takes your money and never follows through and refuses to give refunds. Do not waste your time. Terrible terrible terrible.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was told on 1/20 that my birth control would be delivered by 2/1. I have not received any updates on it being shipped and when I look at my order on the website it says “under review”? I have sent MANY messages, emails and have called multiple times (no one picked up the calls) to get an update with NO RESPONSE! Not one!! You can see their reply to other negative reviews saying to call or email them. Well.. how can you rectify a situation if you never respond to your customers?! Completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company!

I'm so disappointed. I have been using Nurx since 2019 and have loved being a customer without any issues. However, on 1/9/23 I was told my birth control RX was processing, would ship soon, and would arrive on 1/21/23. On 1/27/23, I reached out to see where my RX was because I had never received a shipping notification. A seemingly helpful person replied apologizing for an "error" at their pharmacy and offered to expedite my order right away (why had I not been notified about this error?). On 1/28/23, I was told my order was finally processing and I would receive a shipping notification in 2-3 days. On 2/1/23 I reached out again letting them know I did NOT receive a shipping notification. I was then "ghosted" by this company. I sent a follow up message on 2/2/23 and on 2/3/23. No response. They just lost a loyal customer to a competing company. It is NOT okay to not respond when this is a medical service and people require timely prescriptions. I have been without birth control for nearly 2 weeks now, and it has impacted my mood, skin, and hormones (not to mention my marriage). This is unacceptable.

Terrible! Terrible! Tried this company in 2019 and had horrible service- NEVER received my birth control and it took months to get something that wasn’t an automated response. Now, in 2023, I’ve decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt and try it again. EXACT SAME SERVICE. Terrible! Automated BS messages that “they are backed up, blah blah”. Then I had to wait over 20 minutes to speak to someone over the phone. Thankfully the lady over the phone was kind and understanding and refunded me my money and canceled my NEVER received subscription. This company is an absolute joke. How dear you take advantage of people trying to do better with their health during a time of financial distress and seasonal depression.
