Been a customer of nurx for 2 years and the customer service is abysmal... basically, there is no cs just wait and wait and wait. They do not respond to the in-app messages/ emails. They claim to be busy... just awful! And now they are adding fees without explanation! I have officially dumped them today!

Easy and quick

I've been using Nurx for about four months, and so far, it's been a pretty positive experience. I've noticed some negative reviews here, but when it comes to getting birth control pills, the experience has been smooth for me. I'd never used a pill delivery service before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But with Nurx, the setup process was straightforward, and my pills arrived quickly. I used to take a brand from outside the U.S., but their customer care team guided me to the right choice. I appreciate that they get back to me in a timely manner every time. Some have mentioned the $3 service fee, but given how challenging it can be for some women to access birth control, I think it's reasonable. I'm hoping more states will adopt Nurx's service soon.

I’ve been using NURX for a little over two years now. It used to be great, someone always responded to my messages & I never had issues getting my birth control. Unfortunately, now it is not the same. I’ve been following up daily on a message I sent two weeks ago and still nothing. I’ve sat on hold multiple times with the customer service line for hours to never be transferred to an agent. They changed my birth control supply from three months to one month, and blamed it on my insurance which isn’t even on my account. I pay out of pocket. It takes at least a month to get my refills now, which has messed up my flow schedule so bad. What is the point of taking a pack of birth control and then bleeding the entire next month while you’re waiting just to have it shipped to you. (Simply because they are unresponsive. I thought a monthly refill meant MONTHLY. Not every other month….) It used to be so convenient and always on time, but not anymore. It’s not worth it to use this unreliable service.

Love being able to use Nurx! I can consistently rely on getting my medication before I need it and I appreciate what they do!

I love the convenience! I don't have insurance and I would like to be able to apply a coupon for RX savings. The medication that you supplied is also at Walmart for a lower price threw their program.
