First, this keyboard arrived weeks later than promised on their website. Next, the keycaps on the Halo keyboard are poorly designed and therefore very difficult to type on. You'd think if keyboards are what they "do," that they could get that one thing right. But apparently, that's not the case. And after seeing all the variety of problems people have been having on TrustPilot, I am mad at myself for not checking them out a little more. This was an expensive keyboard. I feel like I'm paying for front-row seats and getting a back-row performance. The sad thing is, a different style of keycaps is probably all that is needed to fix this problem. They make other keycaps, but advised that I would need to purchase them. I'm really not in the mood to fork over more money to this company, since I have yet to have a positive experience. They should provide the keycaps for free to fix their faulty product. They might just be buying back their keyboard from me.

My keyboard had a lot of faults. Double typing all the time, normal keys randomly changing function (WASD was switching windows), wouldn't pair properly to my mac. I contacted support for troubleshooting which didn't help, then I asked for a refund. They pushed me around for weeks, eventually denying my refund because the return shipping cost was £1.50 above their average... Complete waste of time on a keyboard with 0% quality assurance.

I’ve been using NuPhy products for a while now, and they have genuinely transformed my desk setup. I currently own the Air75 v2 (which my wife now uses), the Air75 v3, and the Halo75 v2. The Highlights: • The Keyboards & Switches: The build quality across the board is incredible. I’ve tested a bunch of their switches, and the Panda switches are my absolute favorite for both the Air and Halo lines. • My Daily Driver: The Air75 v3 is my absolute favorite keyboard. When I need to get into a flow state for work, it’s my go-to. I paired it with the Berry profile switches, and they feel amazing—I make far fewer typing mistakes compared to the default NSA keycaps. • Accessories: I also picked up the Monte Bianco keyboard and mouse mat, along with their wrist rests. They are fantastic additions that massively improve typing comfort. Customer Service: I know there are mixed reviews out there, but my personal experience with their customer service has been excellent. I had some keycaps on my Halo board arrive with deep scratches. I reported it to NuPhy, and they sent out replacements ASAP without any hassle. I have also experienced a couple of other minor issues and they have been quick to respond, given the time difference usually takes 24 hours. The Only Downside: As a buyer based in the UK, the delivery costs are really expensive. If you are ordering multiple products at separate times or the more you add to the basket in that one purchase too, the shipping costs quickly mount up and increase. I highly recommend trying to bundle your purchases together if you can as I guess it works out slightly cheaper. Verdict: Overall, NuPhy has been a great purchase and experience for me. Highly recommended!

I have been using NuPhy keyboards for a while now and what keeps me coming back is how much they genuinely care about their customers. Whenever I had questions or needed support, the team was always responsive, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to find a solution. It is clear that they listen to feedback and continuously work to improve the experience. Great products, and even better customer service.

I wanted a keyboard in Taiwan and accidentally ordered through the nuphy.com site rather than the nuphy.com.tw distributor. The fact that these are separated and entering Taiwan shipping details is the only reason not go give 5 stars. The keyboard was imported and nuphy.com walked me through the process which took a couple of weeks. The product is excellent and the support is excellent although I am confused why the logistics between the sites are not connected.

Nuphy makes an awesome product with awesome service! The build quality of their products are second to none that I've ever seen! Good people, good product, and good performance! I can't say enough - I'm a happy customer!
