Ordered a Nuphy Air 100 V3 with blush switches, and tested it when it arrived. Immediately found one key not working. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect paying for their premium product. Contacted support. Their support gave me instructions to troubleshoot and I followed it. Found out a few more keys not working. Their solution is to send me 20 more of those crappy switches. Horrible product. Subpar support. Don't buy from them. Get your keyboard elsewhere.

Had an issue with the firmware update on my air100V3, after this rendered my keyboard inoperable support helped me reinstall drivers and reflash. Good support!

Complaint Regarding Customer Support and Delivery (Order No. Nu431880) I ordered a keyboard for my son, and everything seemed great I got a nice discount, for which I’m grateful. But as usual, I had it delivered to my workplace for convenience, but the courier service that NuPhy uses to ship orders is incompetent! They simply handed my order over to someone else without even asking for their name. I filed a complaint with the NuPhy team and have been waiting for several days now, but they’re in no hurry to do anything or resolve the issue. So I don’t recommend them if you run into any problems, don’t expect anyone to help you.

Hi there, My Nuphy keyboard came with defects. I have the Node100 low-profile and quiet keys keyboard. The keys ~ and 3 (on the numberpad) don't work well at all. I tap, and it never works; I press longer and it enters it a million times. It's completely unusable. I've tried my best to reset the caps, but it's something with the mechanism, not the cap placement. Additionally, the keyboard sometimes freezes and gets stuck on a single letter. Not a major deal, but when I look up from my keyboard (no judgement, lol), I've noticed the last 15 seconds were wasted. Overall, I had a cheap amazon keyboard for over 2 years, which l replaced for this Nuphy keyboard. But something tells me within the next two years, I'll be repurchasing that cheap one to replace the Nuphy. Shame, because it looks good and sounds great.

They use Evri. Didn’t receive my order and no refund either.

Good: quality keyboards, responsive (couple days) customer support, refunded after providing proof of faulty product. Bad: Double triggering switches (blush pink silent low profile), Dark keyboard is more of a mid-grey than a dark grey, so doesn't look like the renders on their site.

I bought the Field75 HE V2 keyboard from NuPhy. It's a fantastic keyboard. Shortly after purchase, I contacted their support, asking them for improvements to how the macro G keys worked. They responded quickly telling me an update to the firmware was being worked on and would release soon. The update released not long after, containing the changes I asked for, leaving me completely satisfied with both their costumer service and the product.

Ordered a NuPhy Air75 V3 keyboard, shipped July 2nd via YunExpress. Three weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. Tracking has shown no real movement for over 10 days, stuck at "waiting for local carrier pickup." I've emailed support twice asking for a real update or expected delivery date. Both times I got the identical generic reply: "we've contacted the carrier and asked them to urge the local delivery team," followed by a copy-pasted list of their social media links. No actual investigation, no concrete timeline, no acknowledgement that this has now dragged on for weeks. Product looks great on paper, but if something goes wrong with shipping, don't expect customer service to actually help, you'll just get the same templated message no matter how many times you ask.
