Great customer service!

Bought the Nuphy Air V3 after hours of searching for a silent keyboard that I can use. The store where I bought the keyboard uses the "Nuphy" brand and they got verified reviews, so I went ahead and got the keyboard. At first, I noticed the back plate was missing, but I'm not into design or anything like that, so it was not a deal breaker for me since my goal is just to use a silent and functioning keyboard. Noticed ghosting after a month of using it and I did try swapping out switches from the keys that I rarely use. Even after doing that, the switches are still ghosting for some reason, so I tried reaching out to their support team as I noticed that they're active on reddit and other online platforms. Unfortunately, it looks like they don't care when you're not in the US. So just a warning to consumers outside of US, don't expect any after sales assistance from their support team. I purchased a NuPhy keyboard for $140. Unfortunately, it arrived with a defective switch right out of the box. To make matters worse, NuPhy does not include even a single spare switch in their package. Their customer support acknowledged the factory defect but refused to ship a replacement to my current location in Peru (I purchased the keyboard in the US and subsequently traveled). They claimed they only ship to "supported destinations" and basically told me that because I moved, they won't help me unless I have a US address. This is an absurd policy in a world where people constantly travel, study abroad, or relocate for work. As an alternative, they offered a measly $10 refund. However, a compatible pack of replacement switches costs $25.52. They are essentially asking me to pay $15.52 out of my own pocket to fix their brand-new, defective product because they refuse to cover the actual cost of a replacement pack. If you are a global citizen, a digital nomad, or someone who travels, stay away from NuPhy. Their post-purchase support is non-existent, and their warranty doesn't travel with you. Highly disappointed.

I bought a Nuphy Field 75 HE V2. It came in 1-1.5 weeks, it works as intended and the quality is great. People here complain a lot about the support, but my experience has been great. I ordered the wrong switches by mistake and after contacting them they were able to intercept the package and offered a refund the same day. After my keyboard arrived, I was afraid the switches were wrong since they had a different color from what I could see online, but they also clarified this quicky. All in all, I'm very happy

Customer service is a nightmare. Don't buy. It has been 15 days since order payment. No shipment yet. Customer support is evasive (answering 4 days later too..) and does not give real information. I asked for refund. No answer since.

Got the Air 65 V3 with Blush Nano switches and the Carmine Cloud keycaps a few months ago. This is my first every mechanical keyboard, I've only tried a few keyboards belonging to friends. I usually type on a Macbook Air M2 or the Apple magic keyboard. This is absolutely the best typing experience I have ever had. I have stopped listening to music while working because it's just so calming to listen to the sound of the switches. I highly recommend this keyboard. A low profile keyboard was a requirement for me and this is sleek and easy to type on. I also have the folio in blue which is extremely high quality with a strong magnet. It also folds to become a tablet or phone stand. The wrist rests work great too.
