Update: Swapped faulty switches with keys that I don't use often and I'm waiting for replacement switches. --- April 28, 2026 I've bought the NuPhy Node 100 Low-profile, the delivery was fast but the product flawed. I've noticed imediatly that ALT + TAB doesn't work properly, sometimes it doesn't register other times it double-clicks.. and as I've used the keyboard i've noticed plenty of other keys double-clicking like "g" "p" "1" "4". If this issue was rare I could tolerate it but sometimes is 1 double-click in 10 use.. it makes it completely unusable. Never had a keyboard with these kind of issues in the past and for a 100$ keyboard this is unacceptable. I've sent email for customer service, hopefully this can be resolved... I should have checked trustpilot for reviews beforehand, didn't know they have such a restrictive return policy.

Bought the keyboard with the free folio, but in my order summery It didnt mention the summary, I emailed the team and the issue was solved quickly and efficiently

Keyboard firmware makes it unusable ... holding a key will just stop input after a second and sometimes the keyboard ignores input for a second ...

Bonjour, J’ai commandé un clavier Nuphy Air 96 v2 sur leur site directement. La livraison a été un peu chaotique avec des informations contradictoires lors du suivi mais rien de catastrophique non plus. Je reçois donc un clavier en qwerty et je n’arrive pas à m’y faire. C’est mon erreur. Je les contacte suite à cette erreur pour connaître la procédure de retour. Il me réponde 5 jours après en m’indiquant que le retour doit être fait au Japon et que c’est très cher (plus de 60€) soit les 2/3 du prix du clavier et que donc il me conseille de le garder. Super !!! Je l’ai donc vendu sur Vinted comme beaucoup d’autres en perdant 30% de sa valeur. Merci Nuphy !!!!

Clavier non utilisable au bout de 2 semaines car la connexion 2.4gHz ne fait que ce connecter / déconnecter. Très déçu de cette marque qui se veut moyen/haut de gamme. Clavier mis au fond du tiroir. PS : Nuphy n'a pas de service après-vente, aucun support, et ne publie que des commentaire élogieux à leur encontre sur leur site. Digne des mafieux.

My NuPhy keyboard developed a faulty key in under 6 months. For the price, that’s unacceptable. Customer service has been equally disappointing. Instead of a straightforward warranty resolution, I was asked to go through multiple rounds of troubleshooting and provide repeated proof. The back-and-forth took far too long and felt like jumping through hoops for a product that failed so quickly. I can’t recommend NuPhy based on reliability and the support experience.
