I owned the Nuphy Air 60 V2 and over the years I've used a lot of keyboards - both more and less expensive than this one. And let me tell you - this one is the worst. It's completely unusable over BT or the dongle, you must use it wired, otherwise it cuts off constantly and flashing the firmware updates does absolutely nothing to fix that. Terrible keyboard, would never buy Nuphy again! After a ton of trials and tribulations I bricked it using custom firmware and chucked it in the trash where it belongs.

at first my wireless dongle broke. after 2 weeks of talking to customer support they finally sent me a new one. my wireless connection works however i am constantly dealing with this malfunctioning keyboard. it wont register certain keystrokes and it will just ghost press buttons. after charging the keyboard it is failing to make a stable connection in bith wireless and wired mode. nuphy sells absolute garbage keyboards with a $250 pricetag. stay away

It’s a scam shop. I’ve been trying to get an answer regarding a return for two weeks. The website deliberately provides no information on where or how to make a return.

Ordered a Nuphy Air 100 V3 with blush switches, and tested it when it arrived. Immediately found one key not working. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect paying for their premium product. Contacted support. Their support gave me instructions to troubleshoot and I followed it. Found out a few more keys not working. Their solution is to send me 20 more of those crappy switches. Horrible product. Subpar support. Don't buy from them. Get your keyboard elsewhere.

Complaint Regarding Customer Support and Delivery (Order No. Nu431880) I ordered a keyboard for my son, and everything seemed great I got a nice discount, for which I’m grateful. But as usual, I had it delivered to my workplace for convenience, but the courier service that NuPhy uses to ship orders is incompetent! They simply handed my order over to someone else without even asking for their name. I filed a complaint with the NuPhy team and have been waiting for several days now, but they’re in no hurry to do anything or resolve the issue. So I don’t recommend them if you run into any problems, don’t expect anyone to help you.

They use Evri. Didn’t receive my order and no refund either.

Ordered a NuPhy Air75 V3 keyboard, shipped July 2nd via YunExpress. Three weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. Tracking has shown no real movement for over 10 days, stuck at "waiting for local carrier pickup." I've emailed support twice asking for a real update or expected delivery date. Both times I got the identical generic reply: "we've contacted the carrier and asked them to urge the local delivery team," followed by a copy-pasted list of their social media links. No actual investigation, no concrete timeline, no acknowledgement that this has now dragged on for weeks. Product looks great on paper, but if something goes wrong with shipping, don't expect customer service to actually help, you'll just get the same templated message no matter how many times you ask.

Bought the Nuphy Air V3 after hours of searching for a silent keyboard that I can use. The store where I bought the keyboard uses the "Nuphy" brand and they got verified reviews, so I went ahead and got the keyboard. At first, I noticed the back plate was missing, but I'm not into design or anything like that, so it was not a deal breaker for me since my goal is just to use a silent and functioning keyboard. Noticed ghosting after a month of using it and I did try swapping out switches from the keys that I rarely use. Even after doing that, the switches are still ghosting for some reason, so I tried reaching out to their support team as I noticed that they're active on reddit and other online platforms. Unfortunately, it looks like they don't care when you're not in the US. So just a warning to consumers outside of US, don't expect any after sales assistance from their support team.
