nuphy.comReviews of nuphy.com

I have been a fan of Nuphy keyboards since 2023 when I got my Halo96 v1. That was a great mechanical keyboard and it's still going strong! Since that time, I have purchased almost every version of their Keyboard and accessories. What I love about Nuphy is the quality of the keyboards they produce. Their products are beautiful (aesthetics!) and most importantly, very high quality - and durable. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive as well. Nuphy has a very active support and great Customer Service. I have always had timely responses to any issues that I raise and they have satisfactorily resolved all my issues. I highly recommend Nuphy keyboards. Please get one for yourself and you'll have a great typing experience! -- Odhiambo (Nairobi, KE)

I owned the Nuphy Air 60 V2 and over the years I've used a lot of keyboards - both more and less expensive than this one. And let me tell you - this one is the worst. It's completely unusable over BT or the dongle, you must use it wired, otherwise it cuts off constantly and flashing the firmware updates does absolutely nothing to fix that. Terrible keyboard, would never buy Nuphy again! After a ton of trials and tribulations I bricked it using custom firmware and chucked it in the trash where it belongs.

I got a new Node100 high profile, and after few days the PCB started working oddly. I contacted Nuphy team and they send me a replacement inmediately. I needed a torx to open the keyboard and they send it too. Despite the product failure, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Problems happen, but the point is how you provide solutions to customers. Congrats!

at first my wireless dongle broke. after 2 weeks of talking to customer support they finally sent me a new one. my wireless connection works however i am constantly dealing with this malfunctioning keyboard. it wont register certain keystrokes and it will just ghost press buttons. after charging the keyboard it is failing to make a stable connection in bith wireless and wired mode. nuphy sells absolute garbage keyboards with a $250 pricetag. stay away

It’s a scam shop. I’ve been trying to get an answer regarding a return for two weeks. The website deliberately provides no information on where or how to make a return.

I really like my Nuphy Gem80 but this keyboard has been the buggiest nightmare and for the premium price that I paid for it, I should not be experiencing bugs. Many people have an issue where the windows key simply stops working and is stuck on Winlock and you have to reset your layout in via to fix it. Updating the firmware on this keyboard is also such a ridiculously arduous and confusing process. I won't buy another Nuphy product when there are so many other custom keyboard brands doing it better.

Nuphy replaced my broken keyboard cable for free even though I didn’t purchase the keyboard originally from them. Their email was extremely helpful and very good customer service.

Great product with excellent customer service
