Im really surprised to read some negative reviews here. And i think they are a little bit unfair. I went through the same experience that are most people experienced in my first order, though the delay was reasonable to me cuz we were going through apandemic. Made another order on 05/24 and was delivered to me today in a perfect condition, canvas was rolled, so it did not get wrinkled, paints are fresh. Very pleased with the product, will order again.

I ordered 4 kits and although, like all businesses the delivery was impacted by COVID, when they arrived they were great and just as I expected. I had a couple of queries and emailed them and found them extremely responsive.

Guys honestly just give them a chance! The pictures are amazing and the canvas is great! From reading all the other reviews I was so worried and contacted them so I could cancel but their support team is lovely and gets back to you in about 3-5 days and explains things very clear to you so I decided to proceed with the order and after a couple weeks it came. The only reason it takes longer Is just due to covid just be patient with them and they will not disappoint!

This shouldn't even have one star. Big S-C-A-M-M-E-R-S. Do not buy from them. Your package will never arrive. And you can't get a refund because it was custom made. SERIOUSLY

High quality product, unlike many bad reviews I had read of other suppliers. High quality canvas, clear numbers on canvas, and fresh paint, My only complaint is that it took them 2-3 weeks to even ship the product, and then another 4 weeks to receive it. I think this is a new provider who was overwhelmed with demand during the covid-19 lock-downs, I've also strongly encouraged them to get another carrier. Other than that, can't wait to get started!

I started on the first image, the canvas quality looks great, but there are too many areas, I believe this is because the image I bought have much detailed colors, so next time will keep this in mind and buy the easy images to paint from them. I am so excited to finish the first image and see how the results look like 🤩

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed expressing my frustrations and they completely pretended not to notice or acknowledge. Even responded with a “cheers“! At least they email back even though it takes them a week every-time. So far it’s been three months of going back and forth and being told the package is on the way. Feels like a complete scam. Save your time and money.
