Good quality canvas , really pleased with it so far ( not quite finished ). Had a wee issue with a wrongly numbered paint but was quickly sorted out 😊

Package took a very long time to arrive. Though I ordered when quarantine had just started, so I was kinda expected and I really don't mind that. My items arrived and I'm so excited to get started because the quality of the product looks really good, also the custom support was so helpful, they emailed me back right away several times when I had concerns, and they seemed very reasonable

Very responsive team, good quality product... The support was very responsive to me, and explained that the delay was due to covid and I understood that. The canvas is a great quality one, paints are good too. Custom order took a little bit longer to get ready, but I was okay with it cuz it was on demand and needed more time to be designed and ready.

Finally .. after two weeks my package arrived, i am happy with the canvas quality. I will order more soon

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a kit, waited a month and never got shipping confirmation. Emailed customer support and had to wait days for them to finally tell me that the kit supposedly already shipped and got "lost" in the mail. They offered to send a replacement kit and I confirmed that I would not get charged for it. After 2 more weeks I received no update or shipping confirmation so I checked again. Then I got an email that said I was charged for another kit. This is clearly a scam and they keep you going in circles so they can get more money from you. They need to be shut down.

Very happy with what I have received. Paint, canvas, other items all of great quality. Will be recommanding them to others.

To be honest I believe that the bad reviews are quit frustrating, misleading and unfair I placed my order on 14 Apr with NumeralPiant and I was expecting it will be delivered on 14 May as they have shipped my paintings even before their processing time was over so that was great, and it took like 5 days to arrive from China to the UK but once my paintings were delivered to the local courier there was no update for more than 10 days and then I started to doubt that my package will ever arrive and once I read the reviews I immediately contacted their support team and asked for an immediate full refund, they responded within 19 hours and explained that my package is held in the local courier depot and that due to the ongoing circumstances, so I give them a chance and waited for my paintings to come, and guess what? My paintings finally arrives and I'm so satisfied with the quality I have nothing to complaint about, the best canvas I've ever had, the paints are more than enough as I have already finished the first number on the canvas. The company has done nothing wrong they have shipped my paintings earlier than expected and the delays are totally understandable, but the wait is worth it, I'm a loyal to Numaralpaint now. Please give them a chance. Hope my review will help 🙏

During Covid-19 has been a challenge for everyone. It took several weeks for me to receive my product form Numeralpaint, but it is worth the wait. Delivery services have been especially challenged but through it all they are shining. Numeralpaints Customer Service went over and above to keep me informed of where my product was until I received it. Your products are always quality. Thank you so much. I will be ordering again. Toni
