Don’t order from this company!! You will not get you order!! I ordered in April 5th and keep getting the run around😡 I was told it’s on a boat the shipping tracking number is not right. I should get it within 10-21 days if not I will get 20% back I want all my money back! Keep the darn painting I don’t want it anymore

I have experienced what most folks already posted. I ordered three kits for our kids April 15th. I have reached out several times, mainly saying there are issues because of COVID, etc. I keep getting emails back saying, it will be 2-10 days. But still haven't seen them. My tracking number the first go around was some carrier I had never heard of. Now it's USPS and yes, looks like my package is sitting in California (for almost a month now) ready for pick up by USPS. This is a joke. I just want my money back. I order stuff online all the time. No issues with timely delivery. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Now that the stores are open, I will just go to Michaels.

I ordered a painting of a dog. I received a painting of a woman. I emailed to inquire where I could return the incorrect package to. They will not tell me. They want me to send a picture of the incorrect painting. Why?? Give me an address to return it to and you will see for yourself. I explained I do not have a personal email, only work email and I cannot attach a picture from my camera to my work email. They replied I need to open an email account to send them a picture or they cannot help me. DO NOT trust these people. They are thieves.

Overall, I think the kits are easy to follow and fun. The pros: -The canvases and acrylic paints are very high quality. I've ordered other Paint by Number kits on Amazon, Etsy, and other sites and noticed the canvases are not as thick and high quality. -This company uses red lines to delineate the pattern instead of gray. This is helpful so you don't miss painting any part of the canvas. -The finished paintings are all really impressive. My family can't believe that I painted these. -The prices are all reasonable and the shipping is free. The con: -It took about a month to arrive, so be prepared!

I ordered a paint by number for my mother's day gift and it never came. They took over a week to mail it. And then once it was in the mail they said it will take 6-20 days. Well, it never came. It got returned to sender. I requested a refund, and they said that they can only give a partial refund. I was outraged since the mailing problem was there problem not mine. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many others that are more professional.

From the day that I placed the order it took around 2 months or a month and a half for it to come, but when I emailed them they replied quickly and happily and though it took a long time I think it was worth the wait.

I got 2 paint by number pictures from them. One of them is 100%. The other one had a few dried up, gooey paints in it and mixed up colors (So the girl on my picture has red skin 😀 ) too so I have contacted the customer service and they are sending me a new one instead. So they were helpful and I am waiting for it now. Oh and yes delivery does take for ages but it is worth it so be patient.
