DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 kits at a cost of $80+. After 1 month of waiting, I received a package containing just 1 kit, which wasn't one of the ones that I had ordered! I contacted the company by e- mail the same day. They responded asking for photos of the packaging and kit. I sent several photos showing the size of the package, the weight and the label which stated that there was 1 item in the package plus the name of the kit received. Their response was that the weight of the package was for 4 items. After checking the weight of the kit received, I replied that the postage paid was for 4 kits, but that only 1 was in the package, which was unopened prior to delivery. I was then asked for more photos, and was told that they had 'checked with the department and they confirm that they sent what you ordered' Had that been the case, then surely, that is what I would have received? I don't know what to do now and don't understand how this company can continue operating whilst offering such poor customer service. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ordered a kit from another company and it never arrived, so I made an order with numeralpaint on 21stof May and it just arrived today. I thought the same thing was gonna happen to me after reading some bad reviews on here, but was wrong. will be recommend them to my friends and family.

First, it took 4 weeks to receive my order. And when it arrived the paints were wrong, so I immediately contacted the company. They made me jump through several hoops, but finally, the company replied that they would take care of the problem and send the correct paint colors. A month passes, I send a follow up. Response: "As agreed we have shipped the new colors and I will contact the transportation company to check on the situation and let you know within 48 hours." No follow up; another week, another email sent. Response: "I looked into your situation and I'm really sorry for the delay, I think that your paints have been stuck or lost somewhere during the transit because the transportation company did not give us a clear answer. And for that, we will resend you a new kit. Please let me know if it is OK with you so we can start processing your image and ship it asap." Another month passes. Reply to another email: "I'm truly sorry to have to inform you that when I checked with the department and they have notified me that somehow they did not get my notification so they did not process your paint set and I have urged them to generate the paints set and ship it in the next 2-5 days." Lesson learned: Read Reviews Before Ordering!

Just received my package today after 4 weeks of waiting, the only issue was that the personalised order wasn’t included in the package. Emailed them about it, and they told me it was shipped separately cuz it was taking more time in processing which is logical, they also told me that it is already with ups and is on the way to me. Overall I’m very pleased with the paintings and can’t wait to start working on them.

From my first email to the last, they were very helpful and polite even though I kept bothering them with too many queries. Thank you for your time

I ordered my paint by number in April. I just received it. After I began painting it it isn’t looking familiar at all. I notice the item number on the top, they sent me the wrong one. I’m not happy at all. I spent way too much on it to get the wrong item.

Ordered my paint by numbers a month ago and it came yesterday. The tracking was being updated regularly until my order was handed to the local courier and sat there for more than 10 days, inquired with the customer support and they explained that the shipping companies are having many problems delivering orders due time because of the covid19 pandemic. Overall, I’m happy I got my product. Would advise others to be patient as all business including shipping are still suffering from the covid19 situation.
