NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

Just a follow up to my previous review. My order was confirmed on April 15, and after many emails back and forth to Numeral Paint, the package with two kits and one set of better quality brushes arrived last Friday, June 5. I was pleased with the quality of the canvases and paint, so far. I must agree with another review, that the small picture of the final product that comes with the set is not much use, especially since my pic is just black, gray and white. I think it’s going to look great, regardless of a few mistakes in shading! My daughter is really happy with her Beatles painting that will go to her boyfriend. Little concerned about the frames I paid extra...they are still wrapped up, but can tell the wood is really rough. I don’t think there are instructions, but I’ll watch a tutorial online, if I need to. I highly recommend purchasing a set of better quality brushes, either through them or a local craft store, especially if your kit has a lot of detail work, which mine does. The kits come with three brushes. They are okay, but unsure if they will last til the end. Even though I have been frustrated by the length of time for delivery, and did not know until I started emailing them about the hold up that they are located in China, I am relieved and happy with the kits. I hope this review helps others.

Finally arrived, I took much time than I expected, but I am happy that I received it, the canvas quality looks good, will make more update once I start painting.

I ordered 1 PBN on April 23rd and just received it today, June 9th. I definitely did not expect it to take this long, but I'm glad it arrived. The thick canvas came rolled up around a foam rod, with 3 paintbrushes, and a bag with the paint with a small paper showing how the numbers correlate. The outlines of the PBN are done in red, and the numbers are small and a little hard to read. Update: I've started painting, and so far I'm not happy. The paint colors do not match the sheet at all (lime green for yellow, gray for tan) and I'm scared to continue painting. The numbers are extremely small and hard to read, and it looks like it was printed askew, and the numbers are on the red outlines and I can't see what they are. Will be contacting customer service.

Amazing paint results, I bought the second paint yesterday. I hope this time will arrive fast

First I thought this company was a scam- ordered my painting 3 of April and it spent two months to ship (after it was processed) I really thought it would never arrive. However, it did arrive and I absolutely LOVE it. the long delay is understandable, everyone is going through hard times, even businesses Overall I’m very pleased, will definitely recommend this company to others.

I had a bit of a problem with my order so i emailed them a couple of times .they responed straight away and sorted it out with no problems .

Please don’t bother with this company. I received my PBN and some of the numbers are blurry. I sent them a picture and they are refusing to give me a refund. They are only offering 20% discount. I can’t paint it as you can’t work out what 30% of the numbers say. The canvas was wrapped so tightly around the frame it’s marked the canvas. Dreadful company. Would not recommend or purchase from this company ever again. Waste of money.

I have been dealing with this horrible horrible company for almost three months now. They are TERRIBLE at communicating, they will not give you any tracking information. I am now on the third product they are claiming to send since the first one was "damaged" and the second one was "somehow lost" Which they never notified me of, they only realized once I emailed the company. Customer service is rude, unprofessional and not the least bit helpful. This has been a horrible experience and after two incidents of missing paintings and STILL no tracking number THREE MONTHS LATER they are still refusing to give a refund?' Please save your time, money and stress, this is by far the worst company I have ever made a purchase from online.
