NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

Still waiting for mine Over 5days not happy 😊

The product is incredible! Very good materials. However the deliver process was very difficult. It took almost 4months. I was given the wrong tracking number. When I got the correct tracking number my painting was lost. However, numeral paint team sent me a new painting without costs. This new painting took less than 1 month to arrive. Numeral paint team answers very quick and it’s very helpful.

Shipping is slow and tracking info is almost useless —even though it states package is with USPS, the tracking number provided is not a valid USPS number. Regret that it’s hard to tell when ordering that these products all come from China. I guess we should expect it, judging from the awkward English and the fact that there is no declaration of where the product is made. Seems like a deliberate effort to conceal this from potential customers.

UPDATE.... as of May 19th. I see that my tracking number is now moving along. It took about a month to do so though. But seems to be updating and is headed here from China. Just wanted to update everyone! I ordered a paint by numbers painting around the beginning of April. Their website was awesome and ran really well. I read that it might take some time to receive the painting but it’s now been about a month and still no painting. Not only that but now there is NO WEBSITE. Great. So I have to dispute the charge now through PayPal. Ugh.

I love the fact that they offer many collections and pictures to choose from. For me, I choosed one of the Harry styles since I am BIIIG FAAAN <3. I received my tracking number which start with YT, I was furious at first, but I’m able to track via their suggested website. I don’t love the fact that they’re shipping from China at all; I will give them 3 stars for now and I will change it to 5 once I receive my order in a good condition.
