We did share on your support ticket on December 19th that we were unable to issue a refund, as you also confirmed with us that you forgot to cancel your free trial. You do retain access to the platform for the remainder of the month and we hope you are able to utilize it as school returns to session.

I am unable to locate an account given the shortened username, so please email me directly at [email protected] so we can get your email and pull up your account and share specific details into your subscription. Please note that we use a major national payment processor, Chargebee, and all payments are automated, meaning, users may not be charged if the free trial is cancelled prior to its expiration, nor would we require a user to double cancel to process. Numerade subscriptions include a free trial and are self-cancellable [and can be paused] directly in one's billing page, within both apps, or can be done by our team on a user's behalf. I do encourage you to please either email me or reply to this so that I may further assist you and find your subscription.

Hey Bailey. Thank you for leaving us a review on TrustPilot. While I do not see any support ticket or email sent to our team, please allow me to provide details for you on here. The following information is directly from our payment processor. Your free trial began on 07-Dec-2023 07:28. Your free trial expired on 14-Dec-2023 13:59. You self cancelled via the billing page on 18-Dec-2023 03:52. Unfortunately, as we can see, you cancelled 4 days after the trial ended, at which you subscribed to the monthly plan elected at sign up. In regards to prior reviews, per TrustPilot guidelines, all our reviews are directly from real, active or former Numerade users. Hey Tra. Thanks for leaving us a review here on TrustPilot. I do see that your support ticket from 12/18 [21:55] was replied to and resolved just a short while ago [23:05]. As shared, in reviewing your subscription- your account is still active as of this post, and self cancellation had never nor has yet taken place. The free trial was unfortunately never canceled, which resulted in the monthly subscription. Please allow me to re-share the steps all users can take to easily self cancel: To manage your subscription, simply log in to the Numerade account that you created a subscription with (you may have multiple emails, so you must use the right one). Click the “profile” icon on the top right, and select “Billing.” Click “Cancel” and proceed through the steps to cancel your subscription (or just click on https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/). If you are an iOS or Android app user, you will need to cancel directly within both ecosystems. Here are step by step instructions for each platform: App Store Link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 Google Play Link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481 Our team has replied that they will manually cancel on your behalf. Unfortunately, as nothing out of the ordinary occurred, a refund was not possible.

Hey Emily. Thank you for leaving us a review. In regards to your requested refund, our support team shared on your ticket from today,12/11/23, that one was not possible, as you yourself shared that you forgot to cancel your subscription, and as such, this would not qualify for any refund. Numerade subscriptions include a free trial and are self-cancellable. After the trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We are unsure of which friend was possibly issued a refund as any such requests are issued on a case by case basis.

As confirmed on your support ticket, unfortunately, it was found that your 7 day free trial was not cancelled, which resulted in you subscribing to the plan selected during signup. Numerade subscriptions include this free trial and are self-cancellable. After the trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the user selection. If you have any other questions please feel free to reopen your ticket with us.
