Amazing customer service. I had a very unusual porting situation, and they figured out a way to resolve it. Super-responsive, with very knowledgeable and friendly people. It’s especially impressive, given the very low price of the service. I’ve gotten much worse customer service on products and services that cost 100x as much. Thanks!

Stan K Why should I port to NumberBarn if I have to port to mobile carrier to get the # over to Google Voice. This is just a middle step which makes no sense. Could have ported the # to mobile carrier in the 1st place and saved myself the added cost and time. Thought NumberBarn was good idea but if you can't port directly to a VOIP like Google Voice what good are you. Every minute 6 cable customers leave cable usually along with phone # where is that # going to Ting Mobile via #Barn I doubt it. Next time someone ask you, can you NumberBarn port to Google Voice? Hey Tom, thanks for your true words here. You're right, the information given to you wasn't accurate. You don't have to port to us, you can port straight to a mobile provider and not even have to stop by The Barn at all. We investigated this situation with our customer service supervisor and it turns out that Stan, who is a wonderful, kind, caring human, gave you the wrong information accidentally. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience and confusion it caused but dang, we're SO grateful that you took the time to let us know our mistake and correct it.

I've been using NumberBarn for years now mostly because the price is right for personal use. It is perfect as a number parking service. It's been stable enough for personal call & SMS but I wouldn't recommend it for business as it isn't that stable and has some latency issues. AFAIK, I always get my calls and texts, eventually... The Android app is not great and trying to call through it without drops, untenable voice lag or other issues is a circus. The call transcription works about as well as Google or other mobile providers virtual voicemail (which is often more funny than correct).

I cannot say enough good things about Number Barn. I have a business number that I’ve had since 1985, and although I almost exclusively use my cell number for my business now, there are still people that have the old number and will call it... At first it was under $20 a month to forward it at the switch, but in the last few years AT&T had been increasing prices until last year it was $50 a month just to forward it... enter Number Barn and now I pay $6.99 a month and have had ZERO issues in almost a year that I have used them... set up was simple and I can’t believe all the money I wasted before number barn... also I can choose to see the caller I’d of who is calling, or see the ID of the business number... I used that for the first six months to see just how often people still used my old number (and it was more than I expected), so I have proven to myself the old number is still viable and now I have changed it so I will see the number of who is calling me.

The service is good from first 3 numbers but I am problem when I porting out more number after the 3rd number, I always getting the port rejected due to "my account is pending disconnect" but my account is in good standing, it make me more workload to contact carrier to resubmit to port again ever time, I got a response from number barn and they said "A pending disconnect can result when your account is not active or in good standing." it does not make sense to me
