Charged 130. Didn't put windshield fluid in and the low light was on... No big deal, right? But got me thinking Wat else did they not do...

I visited the NTB located in Lower Burrell PA and the staff was friendly, the Manager Frank gave me a deal on two new tires which I would be requiring soon. His new associate put them on and after explaining i was driving to Philadelphia the nxt day checked and rotated all 4 of my tires, his name was Joshua and did a great job, also helped tape up my sun roof from leaking which I will have repaired soon, outstanding people should be recognized for their merit and achievements.

Shopped four tire stores in Westminster Md and NTB gave me the best price for tires and brakes. Alex made a few adjustments and told me I didn’t need a product I requested. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and work was completed on time.

Recently changed 2 tires at this shop. Staff is very helpful and accommodating Work is getting done quickly and effectively. Staff is taking time to answer questions I will return to this shop for more repairs to my vehicle.

Called for an oil change appointment got in with no time. Pulled up to the building they came right out to greet me and pulled my car right on in. I have never been disappointed with my service at NTB Nashville been coming here for over 20 years.

On August 1st, I went to NTB for a routine oil change and state inspection. I ended up leaving with four brand new tires—and four scratched rims on my fleet truck. Not exactly the kind of “upgrade” I was expecting. I immediately noticed the damage and spoke with the employee who had been helping me. He admitted it was too late in the day to address the issue and told me to bring the truck back on the next business day. Since I couldn’t get time off right away, I returned a few weeks later, trusting they’d honor their word. They said they’d “take care of it.” But when I picked up the truck at closing time, I saw that absolutely nothing had been done. I asked why, and was told the fleet company hadn’t approved the repair—meaning NTB expected someone else to pay for damage they caused. Then the employee suggested I contact my insurance to cover it. Let me be clear: NTB damaged my rims and then refused to take responsibility. Trying to pass the buck to my fleet company or insurance is unacceptable. If you value your vehicle and expect basic accountability, I’d think twice before trusting NTB with your business.
