National Tire & BatteryReviews of ntb.com

Cody was very welcoming and kind. He filled my tires with air since all of them needed air with the weather change. This was a the Alabaster, AL store. They are alway friendly and happy to serve you.

After running over a piece of metal on the highway, the people at NTB (at the Dunbar, WV location) were able to take a look at the problem and resolve it right away. They patched up the undercarriage and were really friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

NTB takes care of the maintenance on Enterprise rental cars. I had to stop by the NTB on Centerville road in Manassas and quickly get my windshield wipers replaced because someone had damaged them in the previous rental. Brian was super he put me right in front of the line came out and actually changed the windshield wiper blades himself for me. five stars these guys here are super!

Went to the Independence branch in OH and was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service there! Hector R was VERY knowledgeable and ordered the new tires. They arrived the next day by 8am, mounted with trusted experience, and I was driving out of the parking lot shortly afterward. Thank You, Hector, for making the unpleasant experience of flat tires so easy to recover from!

Rod Payne was very helpful in suggestion tires for my vehicle and helped me manage a tire issue late in the day close to closing. Jen I.
