After running over a piece of metal on the highway, the people at NTB (at the Dunbar, WV location) were able to take a look at the problem and resolve it right away. They patched up the undercarriage and were really friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Why make an appointment for new tires if your gonna be there for 2 hours any way ??? The slowest tire place I've ever been to. Watching the mechanic sit and watch your car sit on a rrack. Thats what 1 hour and 20 min of it was . Unreal. I saw a good sale online at NTB not worth the time. HIGHLAND TIRE. is the place to go. They are so fast . NTB is terible.

I had gone to NTB-Mavis on 2900 E Market St, York Pa on July 30th to have a nail puncture repaired on my vehicle. The car is not even 6 months old and so I asked specifically to make sure the wheels were not damaged. I did not hear from them for over 2 and half hours so I decided to drive down and see what the hold up was. In the process of driving down I fell in behind my vehicle at a red light. I was a little confused on why and where the vehicle was being driven, so I decided to follow it. I ended up following it to an Auto Zone and then to an Advance Auto Store. My assumption was my vehicle was being used for parts pickup. I then drove back to the NTB and started questioning why my car was being driven. I was at first given a song and dance about a TPMS light on the car. I knew this was incorrect because it was not on when I left it and the app for the car would have alerted me. After several minutes of being questioned I was brought to the back and told they had messed up my wheels and they were trying to get touch paint to fix them. We then demanded the vehicle be returned immediately and had to go as far as threatening to immobilize the car if they would not get it back to the shop immediately. They had the car returned and on reviewing the damage it was at least 2 inches of paint that had been taken off the wheel. The store then offered to repair the wheel. I left the shop however after considering everything and knowing that wheel repairs never work I contacted the corporate number and filed a complaint and advised they needed to replace the wheel. I also questioned why they were trying to put touch up paint on it instead of calling me immediately and letting me know what had happened. No one was able to give me an answer. I had a regional training manager contact me regarding the issue. He wanted to repair the wheel as well. I advised that was unacceptable and then he confirmed my suspicion that the employees at the store were trying to hide the fact the wheel was damaged with touchup paint with the hope I would not notice until I left the location at which point this would be my problem---not theirs. After a tense conversation he agreed to replace the wheel at Toyota and since I no longer trusted an organization with such low ethics. I also inquired for compensation since I still have to take time off to have the wheel replaced and advised that considering my car was driven without my permission (he also agreed that was against the company policy) that I would like $250 for the issues and time taken from me to deal with this matter. Please keep in mind at no time did he attempt to disprove that the wheel repair was a temporary solution or that in a year or so when it failed that they would take responsibility for it. I believe this speaks volumes to the ethics or lack thereof that the organization holds. NTB -Mavis refused any additional compensation saying instead they would give me a $250 voucher for future services. The idea of doing additional business with such an unethical company is a joke. I refused the voucher and ended up speaking to a regional mgr who in no uncertain terms told me that was it...no one else to speak to...nothing else will be done. In fact I was not even offered an apology, only a comment about how he would deal with the employees involved. It would seem as though NTB-Mavis's corporate policy is to do everything possible to avoid any responsibility unless they are absolutely required to do so. I am still awaiting the email confirmation for the tire repair that I have requested. My experience with these things are that these are not isolated incidents and that I just got lucky in catching it before I became a victim of theft by deception. Incidents such as these are typically systemic and start with upper mgmt going all the way down. How three employees including a store mgr could believe this was ok to try to deliberately deceive a customer is amazing. I would suggest staying as far away from them as possible---I guess the other item is this is a tire store---if they cannot repair a tire without damaging the vehicle do you really want to trust them with something such as brakes? I definitely would not. I heard the words policy and procedures in these conversations a lot especially from anyone in an upper mgmt position. I believe the words are worthless and only used to describe what they are unwilling to do and this is definitely a case study in how morally bankrupt a company can be and then do the very minimum when caught. I highly encourage anyone in this ethically challenged organization to respond to this or dispute anything I have stated. If you do decide to use them for anything I will leave you with the parting words that the regional mgr gave to me at the conclusion of our conversation..."Good Luck."

NTB takes care of the maintenance on Enterprise rental cars. I had to stop by the NTB on Centerville road in Manassas and quickly get my windshield wipers replaced because someone had damaged them in the previous rental. Brian was super he put me right in front of the line came out and actually changed the windshield wiper blades himself for me. five stars these guys here are super!

I took my 2007 Mustang GT to get tires put on, because the current tire failed. When I made the appointment they were going to charge me 200 bucks to put tires on I got from JEGs! At the end of the day, they rotated and balanced my tires last year, but were unable to deal with it because it sets too low! All they had to do was put blocks under the wheels to get it high enough to lift!

This location has gone downhill. After I told them I had a full size spare on the front and the tire with a nail in it was in my trunk, they still changed the tire on the spare and left the flat in my trunk, then charged me $40 to mount and balance the tire that they took off back on the rim. I will never come back to any NTB after this.

Went to the Independence branch in OH and was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service there! Hector R was VERY knowledgeable and ordered the new tires. They arrived the next day by 8am, mounted with trusted experience, and I was driving out of the parking lot shortly afterward. Thank You, Hector, for making the unpleasant experience of flat tires so easy to recover from!
