I recently purchased a Permobil m3 power wheelchair. My ATP Ms.Carla Coyer along with Mr Montoya ATP and General Manager of NSM Chamblee Georgia did an excellent job measuring me for the wheel chair. Ms Carly Hafferman Funding Specialist all did a great job helping to get my wheel chair.

I never write reviews for anything until now. I'm sure my review will go no where but hey, maybe I can help someone else by telling them to Avoid them. Mid December of 2025 I was assessed to get a power assist for my manual wheelchair. They gave me a code to keep track of my order. It is now 5 months later and it shows that nothing has been done in the process except for the initial consultation. I've been trying over a month to get a hold of someone to get an update on the order and I've been ghosted so many times. If you need to call them DO NOT accept a call back instead of staying on the phone because they will NOT call you back. I'm currently waiting on the phone to hopefully try and talk to someone and nothing. It's been 45 minutes just wasting my time. National Seating and Mobility is the LAST company you will want to go through. Avoid them at all cost.

What can I say about national seating and mobility that is good. Well, I did receive customer service but it took months. I do not like that they tried to encourage me to get Medicare advantage just to get a power chair when I was entitled to receive a power chair in a more timely fashion from medicare. They build medicare for a chair That they ended up repossessing from me and then never gave me another chair to replace what medicare had authorized and I have proof. They said that they would give me a new power chair more suitable for my size and my home but every time I have reached out to them in contacted them they have failed to respond. I do hope that they did not fraudulently Bill Medicare for a chair that I Received but was then taken back by them because they provided a chair that was not suitable for my size and wait nor for my home. I do hope that someone from national seating and mobility will reach out to me and make good on their promise to provide me with a suitable chair for my home and my person.

I bought a Pride Scooter from NSM in Green Bay recently and so far so good. Allison helped with the several-month process of clearing the chair with Medicare, and was good for getting an overpayment refunded and having a sense of humor (thank you for both). Troy the mechanic has been helpful with battery charging info and id'ing an unknown sound. Based on my experience, I recommend NSM.

To all customer's and future customer's! My name is Martin. I am turely speechless, this has been my worst experience. Back in 2022 I had a stroke, which render me in a wheelchair. I was told in the hospital that this company would handle my wheelchair order and that the tec was good. They send someone to my house to take measurement to make sure that chair fits through my door. Measurement were taken wrong and chair hardy fits through my door. since I had my chair there is nothing but issues. Customer service no help. Parts take more then two months to arrive. Today I had an emergency at the location. I was trying to transfer chairs to get my chair fixed. My aide was unable to transfer me due to floor being slippery. Can you believe that I slip and fell. All the employee's said they not allow to help me and they couldn't lift me. After calling 911 three times an ambulance came to help me. I will make sure this message reaches every hospital and rehab center this company supplies wheelchairs.

had nothing but great service with nsm william and rich work with me on everything and 2 months later got my chair on 4/15/26

After waiting 2 months to have my mobility scooter fixed, Ken B showed up last Friday and "fixed" it. After driving 1/2 mile it stopped. Same issue. Motor running but no forward movement. Called immediately but no one called me back. Called Monday, informed them I was going on vacation and had to have it fixed this week. Was told the mechanic would be here Tuesday between 12 and 4. No one showed up, no call, no nuthin'. Called today and the National Rep called the branch scheduler told her the tech stopped but i wasn't home. Absolute lie. Finally talked to the mechanic who apologized profusely for not showing up the day before, confirming the scheduler lied. This is no way to treat customers. Unfortunately since this is the vendor Kaiser uses, I am stuck with them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I am in Ca. and deal with the Fairfield office. DIANA HAS BEEN/IS WONDERFUL AND HELPED TO GET ME EVALUATED AND FITTED FOR MY CHAIR MONTHS SOONER THAN WAS EXPECTED... AND THE TECHS THAT HAVE COME TO MY HOME ARE/HAVE BEEN GREAT....JOSE AND PAUL ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, YET FRIENDLY AND FUNNY; AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE. It is reassuring to know I have this company and this store in particular servicing my wheelchair. CUSTOMER CARE IS AS IMPORTANT TO ME AS THE ACTUAL REPAIR OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT...... AND I AM THRILLED WITH NATIONAL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.....YOU ROCK!!!
