Over the last two years my mobility has become almost completely gone. Today I received my Pride Electric Wheelchair. Yes it was a long process but they kept you apprised of where you were at in the process throughout. In the end it arrived almost four weeks earlier than first estimated. Asa delivered it and went through all the functions and such - all while putting up with my two dogs. He was patient while I practiced as well. And he even went and retrieved my puppy when it escaped as he was leaving. Every person I talked with in the company was kind and clearly kept me up to date on where we were in the process throughout.

I recently purchased a Permobil m3 power wheelchair. My ATP Ms.Carla Coyer along with Mr Montoya ATP and General Manager of NSM Chamblee Georgia did an excellent job measuring me for the wheel chair. Ms Carly Hafferman Funding Specialist all did a great job helping to get my wheel chair.

DIANA HAS BEEN/IS WONDERFUL AND HELPED TO GET ME EVALUATED AND FITTED FOR MY CHAIR MONTHS SOONER THAN WAS EXPECTED... AND THE TECHS THAT HAVE COME TO MY HOME ARE/HAVE BEEN GREAT....JOSE AND PAUL ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, YET FRIENDLY AND FUNNY; AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE. It is reassuring to know I have this company and this store in particular servicing my wheelchair. CUSTOMER CARE IS AS IMPORTANT TO ME AS THE ACTUAL REPAIR OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT...... AND I AM THRILLED WITH NATIONAL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.....YOU ROCK!!!

Richard Petersen made it easy for me to just sit down and listen. I don't usually go through the process of what any have to say or talk about how things are, but Richard Petersen was smooth and professional. I had missed my appointment just because i wanted to hear everything he said. he was there from the beginning to the end, thank you Richard Petersen.

Graham at the Kelowna branch in BC (Canada) was extremely helpful when the push handle broke on my mum's wheelchair whilst we were on vacation from the UK. He was extremely responsive and helpful - suggesting we drop the wheelchair in for them to look at and showing concern that mum would not have access to the wheelchair for the few hours it was with them. We had a phone call to say a temporary repair had been made a short while afterwards (as they did not have the necessary parts for a UK wheelchair). We collected the chair and Graham made sure we were happy with the temporary repair - and an even nicer surprise was that they did not charge for their time.

I have been extremely pleased with the work and caring attitude of your employee Warren. i have been in a wheelchair for a long time and have dealt with other companies in Nova Scotia. I am so glad to have Warren to deal with. No comparison to the others. I will deal with Warren for all of my future purchases.
