I bought a Pride Scooter from NSM in Green Bay recently and so far so good. Allison helped with the several-month process of clearing the chair with Medicare, and was good for getting an overpayment refunded and having a sense of humor (thank you for both). Troy the mechanic has been helpful with battery charging info and id'ing an unknown sound. Based on my experience, I recommend NSM.
