Great Products and great customer service! I purchased the Novostella smart outdoor rope light and couldn't be happier with it! Looks great and is very well built. Lots of color combinations and brightness levels and should last many years to come. I did however accidentally damage the controller during a remodel. Totally my fault and nothing to do with the build quality. I reached out to customer service and they quickly assisted me and made sure the part I was ordering was the correct replacement controller and shipped it right out to me. Compared to most of the cheep Chinese rope lights available the Novostella Rope Light is far and above much higher quality.

The light is amazing very happy with it. Had a little problem, setting the schedule and keeping it. Also, don’t know if I can hook it to my Wi-Fi so I have to get out there and work it from close range Wish there was a helpline to call and speak to a person

Happy with the product,received as advertised. Delivered as expected. I would recommend it.

The lights and colors work great but control needs to be really close to work.overall price product and quality are good

Customer support is horrible at best. I have asked 2 questions, neither question has been answered or responded to. The lights itself are bright and beautiful as advertised. 1 major problem they come on at 3:01 am every morning unless I unplug them from the wall. I have downloaded the app trying to fix the problem didn't help. I even went 1 step farther I removed the battery from the remote and left it out and still didn't fix it. so unplug they go
