Fast delivery and great service.

Communication was good, I was happy with that. However, the part has a crack that we had to super glue to make it hold the toner. Also, I expected more to the part....ours had another roller and top piece, but we made it work. The roller also has a groove in it that creates blobs on the copied page. We will try to switch out the old roller.

This place is full of scammers. Please do not buy from them. They refuse to provide a return label for a product that cost hundreds and intentionally forced a different product to get “stuck” at a FedEx facility that also cost hundreds, by sending it to the wrong address.
