Novo insurance had not only the best rates, but they didn’t ask many of those personal questions that all the other insurance companies ask, but are illegal to ask. It was quick, easy, and I had car insurance in about 15 minutes.
All the other insurance companies were quoting me $200 to $400 a month, Novo came through with less than $175 a month. If my rates stay like this, I will be a customer for years to come. Very happy!

Give your new customers time to see how you work before sending them a msg everyday to rate you.…
The fact that a company is finally doing insurance on a drive only basis (my miles to work - only .08 miles one way and the fact I don't drive much on the weekend)
Im only giving them 4 starts right now because I just started with them and it seems their driving app may be a little hyper sensitive. Two times I was flagged for fast acceleration. Both times I HAD to get onto the street and there was never gonna be a time where I could roll out going 5 miles an hour and accelerate slowly from that. Right now I am literally in a community where my major street is undergoing a sewer pipe replacement project. If they would have waited to continuously send me emails asking for me to rate them, it may have been a 5 star. But its only been a week and a half....

I was looking for a more affordable…
I was looking for a more affordable full coverage for both my car and husband's car first quote I got was less than $100 cool so when I went to add comp & collision it went up to $147 which is $30 more than what I was paying with GEICO seriously supposed to be cheaper. Not cheaper at all. When there is a loan on a vehicle you have to have comp & collision, need to recheck your prices

Hi Betty,
Thanks for sharing your onboarding experience.
Providing great coverage at affordable prices is what we aim for here at Novo, and we're sorry to hear that things didn't quite meet your expectations right away.
When adding Comprehensive and Collision coverages, your monthly premium can change based on the deductible levels you've selected at the time of your application. Generally, a lower deductible can offer extra peace of mind in case of an accident, but it does raise your monthly cost, while a higher deductible can lower that cost.
We’d be happy to review your policy and make sure you’re getting the best balance of coverage, protection, and price that fits your needs. If you’d like a personalized review or want to explore additional savings, our Customer Support team is always here to help!
Thank you again for your feedback. We value your input and look forward to earning your trust.

Well you guys are great not sure why…
Well you guys are great not sure why Adot was so mean trying to resolve an issue with you. They told my insurance company to call for instructions and same instructions were given. Thanks Novo for going beyond trying to help me.

Misleading, Poor, Bad, Ugly, un-American Service
Understanding Insurance in Arizona is so very important. This company is providing 'what is written' here online and in their policy documents.
What they leave out is that vehicles in their policy may not 'qualify' for comprehensive or even partial comprehensive for vehicles older than 15 years. Not to mention how poor the customer service is trained and managed. Wow, what a waste of money - thanks for the MVD report; how dare you ask for money thinking you were not fired in writing! June 6 purchased 6-month policy for just the car (not my truck), upon reading the delivered policy documents and declining further involvement with this company after the weekend June 13 - I followed their procedure to refund my premium since I would not be accepting this policy nor signing anything else. June 29, 2025 this company declared that I was unable to refund, nor continue coverage for my truck. Not to mention they don't offer comp on paid off vehicles! What happened here? SMH the AZ Dept of Insurance is aware of the many tax-payers who are being ripped off by this company. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE/MONEY!

Hello Charles,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how important it is to include Collision and Comprehensive coverage, especially for customers wishing to protect their vehicle from physical damage.
I can confirm that our policies do limit these coverages for vehicles older than 15 years. This guideline is a part of Novo's underwriting guidelines, and it is determined by risk factors and other industry standards. While this is disclosed in our policy documents and quote process, we understand it can still be disappointing if your vehicle, regardless of mileage or condition, cannot be covered as you hoped. We sincerely apologize if this was not clear sooner and for any frustration this has caused.
Regarding your cancellation and refund, our records show that your premium was fully refunded on June 28th. If you have not seen the credit on your end, we recommend checking with your payment provider. We're sorry for any confusion caused by the communications you received during this process. To avoid further frustration, we have removed your email address from our contact list as requested.
We appreciate your feedback. We are continuously reviewing how we communicate policy eligibility and process cancellations so experiences like yours do not happen again. If there are any issues that remain unresolved, we encourage you to refer to our previous communication sent on 6/24/25, which addresses your concerns directly.
Thanks again for your comments and for bringing this to our attention.
