I had narrowed my insurance choices to two, and I didn't even contact the other choice after my experience with Novo and the sales representative. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient.

Novo got me the same insurance that I had with my other provider and it also lowered my deductible for collision and comprehensive. When it's time to make that big decision if you're going to go with Novo you have three different options: 1. Go with the 2 month review on how your driving been along with how many miles you've driven and price is adjusted accordingly. 2. Go with a 6 month review on your driving skill have been and the number of miles driven then price is adjusted accordingly. 3. Last option is your price is locked in and it's not based on your driving skills or miles. So having three different options let's you as the consumer make the choice on what you feel is the best option for you. After I purchased and went with option 3 the next day I received a call from Novo welcome me to Novo and if I had any questions about my policy. When we hung up they stated that if I had any questions or concerns just give them a call and someone will help you any time. That just blew my mind away I have never in all my 53 years driving has any ofy other insurance companies called to welcome me for my business and I even worked for an insurance company for 30 years and never received a call from them either.

This was the worst experience ever trying to purchase insurance. I have been driving over 30+ years. I got a quote for the insurance, I agreed to the amount, and purchased. Simple right? No evidently after paying for the insurance, the company wanted the declaration page from my previous insurance which I sent. Next day they wanted another declaration page from months earlier which I sent. I even sent the insurance cards from the day I purchased the vehicle 1 year ago with the same company. Today, I got a email stating they need a letter of experience from previous insurance carrier. I am over this company. If it starts like this, I can just imagine going forward. I just asked for a refund because this is a headache already and I don’t even drive my car because of health reasons but it needs insurance because it’s financed.
