This company charges you $50 dollars if…
This company charges you $50 dollars if you cancel for ANY reason or they cancel you before your renewal. I just got them on July 22nd but it was a big mistake!! The customer service I received from this company makes me know I will NEVER go back. They are a smaller company and with these practices they will stay just that. I went and got a 6 month policy from Progressive and it was cheaper plus their customer service is wonderful and available when you need them! Do yourself a favor and don’t go with this company. They put this information on the hard copy of the application page at the very bottom which is shady. They also refuse to set a future cancellation date without proof of new coverage. I work for an insurance company and no it it is NOT STANDARD to charge a $50 dollar fee regardless of the cancellation reason as my company does not do it and we are a bigger company!
