NOVICAReviews of novica.com

Novica helps artists from around the world. The artwork is unique and beautiful. They stand behind their products if you have an issue. I highly recommend them.

I like the fact that one can order different items from different parts of the world made by artisans and be able to help them also.

The items I buy from Novica are always of high quality. Novica's customer service is responsive and helpful when needed. I also appreciate Novica's fair trade philosophy.

I highly recommend Novica! I have been purchasing from their site since 2016 - mostly jewelry, clothing, and accessories from a variety of countries. Novica offers quality items at a variety of price points, and I feel that their pricing is quite reasonable. I enjoy being able to support Fair Trade artisans throughout the world. The merchandise arrives in a timely manner and beautifully wrapped - even without paying extra for gift wrapping. It is always accompanied by a note from the artisan, which is a special touch. The few times when an item was not what I expected, and I needed to return it, the return process was seamless. In addition, Novica offers incentives for savings- both through discounts it provides in emails, and the ability to accrue credits by using the site. It is one of my go-to companies!

If and when I am looking for something special or different, I always look at Novica, and I can always find what I want. The fact that the artisans involved in Novica are all trying to start up their own businesses and support their families, is so special to me. They are so talented and full of love....you can just see it and feel it in their work. I have so much from Novica, and I truly love every single piece.

I started purchasing from Novica over 20 years ago as I believe in Novica's mission to support local independent artisans and their communities. I'm an Ambassador member now, having purchased at least 40 unique and beautifully made items from many different regions around the world. Novica is an ethical, mission-driven organization that brings joy to artisans and to me!

I always try to purchase from Novica, as the household items, jewelry, etc. are of the best quality and made by talented artisans. Purchases from Novica, wither for myself or as gifts are always gratefully and happily received - and beautifully wrapped as well! Whenever I am looking for a special, unique gift, I know that I will find it on Novica, made by people who care.

I always receive amazing quality, I've been buying for a long time.
