Everything I get from NOCICA is unique, as advertised, and good value. I am a multiple return customer. It takes a little longer because it comes from the source usually in a foreign country, not from a warehouse down the street. I buy from NOVICA for personal reasons, that it supports artisans in the third world is a real bonus. Thank you NOVICA.

ordered a shade that looked like chalk on me, per instructions. return is going to UK which did not notice upon ordering. no return shipping , will cost me at least expensive $19.40. would never order from them and buyer beware, wrong color? live with it and the big inital cost. or pay more to. return

My first time ordering from NOVICA and I chose standard shipping. But I didn't need to pay taxes and I recieved the item after 6 days. Overall, everything is all good.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Poor communication and deceptive practices.

I’ve had decent experiences in ordering from NOVICA and the items have been nice and just as described. My only warning is to plan in advance because some items seem to get “stuck” in the delivery process wherein I’ve received notice that a label was created but then the tracking doesn’t move at all for 1 to 2 weeks. I’m not sure the reason why but after I contact them to ask, the item/tracking seems to get moving again and the purchase arrives pretty quickly after that. They don’t explain though, just give me a new tracking link where I see progress has recently been made and the item is then actually on the way to me.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for your continued support of NOVICA. We are glad to hear you have enjoyed the quality of the items you’ve received. We also truly appreciate you calling out your experience with shipping, as we understand how important clear tracking updates are. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, many of our items are shipped using consolidated international shipments from the country of origin. During this stage, your order is traveling with other customer packages, which is why tracking may show as inactive for a short period. Once the shipment arrives in the United States, it is then handed off to a local carrier such as USPS, and tracking updates will begin to appear and move more quickly from that point forward. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this process, and we are always here if you have any questions along the way. Thank you again for your support. Kind Regards, Robbie P.

So far, my experience of this network, and the goods provided, has been nothing less than stellar. Wonderful variety of options on an easy-to-navigate site, that arrive in their gorgeousness and shine! AND it's serving populations better than any other shopping experience! What's NOT to love?

NOVICA offers unique, hand-made products from artists around the world. I especially like the jewelry and clothes made of 100% cotton, wool, silk, rayon, or bamboo. This site is full of wonderful gift items.

I have been purchasing items from Novica for more than a decade, and I will continue doing so as what I have received are very high quality products from all over the world. The fact that the beautiful jewelry, clothing, and home decor pieces that I have bought are made by individual artisans makes me even more proud to support their efforts. And, I have always been wowed by each purchase too, from the items themselves to the secure packaging and prompt receipt of each item.
