Do not buy from this company. I ordered a Loki knife from them 4 weeks prior to Christmas to give as a gift and was promised delivery in 7-12 days. At the 12 day mark I checked my order - no tracking. I contacted the company via email and receive a canned response “Thank you for contacting us we hope your issue was resolved.”. No tracking, no new date of shipping…nothing. During the next two weeks I contacted them 4 times and received the same canned response. I finally dug deep to get a phone number for the company. Found one and called 5 times. Not once did I receive an automated message, not once did a human pick up the phone. I filed a claim with PayPal and Northern Knife never responded. My tracking did change and to my surprise, the Made in America knife I bought was shipping from China!!! I escalated my claim with PayPal. Amazingly, I received the knife on the date that the seller was to issue a full refund - 5 weeks after I purchased it. If you do buy from this company, know that your product is NOT made in the USA and you will have to work hard to receive it. My advice - STAY AWAY!

When I placed an order for a knife to be delivered as a gift, their app flipped the billing and shipping addresses. I immediately contacted them and asked the knife be shipped to the recipient. They assured me they fixed it. Of course, it was shipped to me not to the person who should have received it as a gift. I emailed their customer service over 10 times. Each time someone named Mary gave an answer that conflicted with the previous answer. I assume they have several people answering emails all using the name Mary. They finally offered a 70% refund so I could afford to mail the knife to the intended recipient. Of course, that didn't happen and they are no longer responded.

Poor Customer Response I was pleased to receive the knifes that my wife ordered. She ordered 2 knives and 2 sheaths. The order arrived in one package that contained 2 knives and 1 sheath. My wife sent an email, there is no phone number, and explained the issue. MARY from Northern knife replied and requested the order number which we provided. We waited 5 days no reply. My wife made a second email inquiry and was asked to provide the order number again. This has been more than two weeks and I got involved. I sent the original email and asked why we were having an issue. Mary asked me to provide the order number for the third time. Which i did and was told o should check with my neighborhood and the letter carrier. I am frustrated and will be left no option than to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR! Date of experience: February 06, 2025

Worst company ever! Order knives on Black Friday (2024) as of 5 Feb 2025 still nothing. Tracking order showed undeliverable (knife set is “sold out”) after I had requested my money back. Every time I sent an email to complain I was sent a response with it’s on its way, but they could never give me exact details as to where my order was just that I can track the order through their website. So almost 3 months later and I’m out $170 and no knives. 10/10 highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! 😡

Scam company. Luckily we were able to get our money back but only with the threat of reporting the company to the better business bureau. Never received any knives.

***Update still no package as of 2/3/25. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charge on my account for non receipt. Northernknife's website now says 45 DAYS for a delivery. So ridiculous. Order# 444523*** The BBB and consumer protection will be receiving complaints on the company. I ordered my product on 12/10/24 well before Christmas as a gift for my husband and a friend. I kept checking the status on the website and it showed a USPS tracking number but when trying to get an ETA, it showed the package wasn't with the post office. Things that make you go HMMM. I reached out to the company on 1/6 and again on 1/10 on the delay and they offered me a discount for delay. Each day I went in to track the order the ETA kept getting pushed off and is now at 38-40 days. figured with the holiday it might run a little late have yet to receive the package. Like everyone else the USPS tracking # doesn't reflect any movement since the initial order. I sent another email on 1/27 still waiting on the package. Customer Service responded again with a discount which I took, but mentioned that I'd rather cancel and get a refund. I was told they couldn't refund because the package had shipped.. sure it did :( I let customer service know that if the product wasn't delivered asap that I would be disputing the charges, and would report the company to consumer protection and BBB. SCAM... only thing this company has going for it is their customer service. Why would anyone want to work for a company that can't deliver on it's promises is beyond me. If I receive the knives I'll give you all my thoughts on them.

This company is a complete scam!!!! DO NOT order from them. I ordered knives back on 12/6 and did not receive them until the end of January. E-mailed them wanting a refund since they are completely useless to me now since they were Christmas presents. Kept getting excuses that they were coming from China and when I kept pressing for the refund, the knives arrived two days later. Then contacted them about a refund and was told that I would have to pay for the shipping cost back to them. I said fine and then they kept making offers for me to keep the knives and they would refund me 30% and then 70%. I have looked them up and they also have gone by the name of Nebula Studios which has and "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Currently reporting with the Corporate Secretary of State for Delaware to have their business license revoked.

I ordered a knife, sheath and sharpener as a Christmas gift in early Dec. Took my $ right away. Several emails with apologies for shipping delays. My computer would not let me click on the tracking button because it said it was a scam site. I then received an email that the shipping was "stalled". I should have carefully checked the websites as there is another company called Northern Knives that this company obviously tries to trick you into thinking it is them. I was surprised to find the order came today...over a month later. I have not used the knife or looked at the craftsmanship. The sheath is nothing like the picture on the site. Very cheap as is the knife I'm sure. I'm glad I ordered another brand of knife to gift my son in law since this one is sketchy...and feel like I was taken advantage of.
