Very uncomfortable shoe. The back rises up so high that you cannot walk in them. Will not buy again

was sent the wrong shoes and customer service is slow to correct mistake, even has rules that the customer has to pay for return shipment. Nice product from China but don't try to return anything.

I finally got the boots that I ordered! They were not leather as stated in the ad. They are cloth maybe worth 20.00 at most The company doesn't get back when emailed. Such a scam!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Well I should have gone to their website page before placing my order with this company - Northend shop. I only saw the reviews on their sales page. I ordered two cozy looking slippers and paid $107.94 to which I immediately received a confirmation of my order. All’s good so far. A few days later I received a message from Northend shop confirming delivery of a gift card they allegedly sent to me. Never got it. A couple days later, I received an order shipment notice. A few days later I received notice that my slippers were out of stock and that was it!!! I followed up multiple times and consistently received an automatic response stating that they’re looking into my matter. Meanwhile, I receive daily emails requesting my review of the items I ordered. After several more weeks passed, I finally requested a full refund for my order and everything went blank except for the constant emails requesting my review. Also, mysteriously, all of my previous emails regarding this transaction disappeared. Good thing I took pictures of my order confirmations reflecting my order number, etc. Wow! Cannot believe this company’s dubious tactics. So I contacted my bank and the amount of my order has been credited back to my credit card. It is unfortunate that some companies operate in this most unsavory fashion. Northend shop has a fancy website and perhaps their resources would be better dedicated toward enhanced customer service rather than a fancy website design. I am happy I received my money back from my good bank and will look elsewhere for some nice slippers while the weather is still coolish.

Total rip-off!!! Had to reach out to ask where my order was. Only then did they inform me they are out of stock. I immediately asked for and refund and I was promised a refund. Received nothing!! No slippers - no refund! Not sure of date that I purchased. All emails are no longer in my gmail account! So sketchy

I ordered on 14 February. Still no sign of the slippers I paid for, but DAILY requests for product reviews. Refund my money or send me my order #15219. A e pelkey

I received my shoes and tried them on immediately. The fit and are very comfortable. I don’t usually wear heels however these are super comfortable and easy to wear and walk or dance in. Love these shoes.

I have not received my shoes or any information about them, but receive emails every day asking for a review!! I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before ordering! The reviews are terrible!
